In John 6:35 Jesus tells us, 'I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never hunger, and he who believes in me will never thirst.'
So, what is Jesus saying? Is Jesus saying when we come to Him, he'll give us bread and something to drink? Or is He speaking more about our spirits then He is about our bodies?
Often people forget about their spirits, they're souls. They only remember their hearts and minds. But what Jesus is saying is if we bring ourselves to Him our spirits will be fed. They will thirst for nothing.
For this week I strongly challenge you to bring yourself to God. If you are feeling hungry for love or thirsty for anything allow God to be your bread and water.
Also let me know how last week's Bible verse affected you and how you used the verse Proverbs 18:22 to change even the smallest part of your life:)
