Adamai looked at Yugo concerned.

'It was strange while I was in his cave-workshop-house-research-work building thing. He was either crying or talking to himself while he worked on something. Oh on that,' Yugo paused, 'Do you remember the Legend of the Villain's Leadership?'

'I haven't forgotten it. Isn't it that one about the strange Eliatrope in that tower thing?'

'Yeah, that one. He added parts here and there that made the two characters more innocent. I thought it sounded strange, but the more I listened the more it made sense. The two characters, the tall man and his apprentice, worked together until their presence became unsafe. The apprentice left, remember?'

'Oh yeah, he did. After that, the leader man ran the tower on his own, right? He even left the apprentice's work space untouched, didn't he?'

'And then they abandoned the sight, afraid that the "good people" would find them. It was weird, though, that Ralo would only call them "the people of the government.'

'What else did he change?'

'Only a few other bits and pieces, most of them irrelevant. The important part was a section he added. I think it went like this:

'And as the tower citizenship would be founded, the man gave his name to a boy, no older than 13, that he found alone in the forest. The man addressed himself as Elmen and promised that the boy would not be lost again. Though confused, the boy followed him into his tower and he became Elmen's little apprentice.

He grew up quickly, studying medicine and the power of Wakfu. He was strong, but inhibited by the fear of his master. He wouldn't become stronger than Elmen. He wouldn't leave him or take over the tower. Elmen felt obligated to protect the child as the years went on.

Before his eyes, the boy was nineteen. Seven years had gone by and Elmen became scared for a different reason. Sickness. A sickness fell upon his apprentice and it would only get worse. Short time later, he disappeared along side another person the boy had called his master and he never saw him again.'

'That adds a whole different atmosphere to the tale. Where do you think he got such a backstory from?'

'I don't know, Ad, but if Elmen really exists, than Ralo wouldn't be a culprit of anything. It would be Elmen's fault and he'd be forgiven.'

Yugo looked sad, but relieved as well. He stopped connecting with Adamai and just looked at his brother, letting the information sit in.

"Sir," Adamai spoke, addressing him and the little girl, "How quickly could he recover from this state?"

The man looked back at him and then at the girl. "One second. Pollier is getting the observation sheet."

"And who are you?" Adamai asked, "You speak a different language to the other girl, but how can you also speak like any other person in the works of twelve?"

"I am Ceriian. I grew up with the Ashnuks, a group of magicless people who have been separated from the rest of the works for centuries. They speak a language we call French, but I left on a journey as a young person and picked up the language of the world of twelve before I returned. I met a few Eniripsa while I was there and became a doctor for the Ashnuks. Pollier is my apprentice." Pollier came running back with a few papers and Ceriian read them over. "About the boy, he should be recovered in 9 weeks, others than one of his arms. It will take longer and he wont be able to use it for closer to 13 weeks. Any Eniripsa could tell you that."

"Oh. That's better than nothing, I guess," Adamai remarked.

"Do you know this boy? Are your friends?"

"He's my Eliatrope brother. I needed to make sure he was safe after he disappeared."

"I assure you that he'll be ok. I wanted to ask, as well, if I could help you find Ralo again; if that's what you two were planning to do, anyway."
