I woke up next morning as sun rays peeked into our room. I heard a melodious song, his heart beat which was solacing me.

Suddenly yesterday's incident flashed into my mind and I saw his sincerity in his confession.

My thoughts broke by a call and Adhvik groaned in his sleep and hugged me tightly.

The phone was ringing constantly and I felt irritated.

"Ji,your phone is ringing" I told him while he snuggled more into me.

I hit his chest and asked him to pick up the phone since it might be important. He cursed some incoherent words before picking up his phone while I went to do my morning business.

After taking a quick shower I emerged out of the bathroom to see him working and as soon as his eye connected,his eyes morphed into something that I couldn't describe.

"Adhya, we are going back and we have to attend my relative wedding" he said and I nooded at him.

"Don't you have something to say?" He asked while I looked at him in confusion written on my face though I know what he is talking about.

"Nothing" he said and left from the room while I let out a chuckle.

I wanted him to taste his own medicine for some days so that he could go atleast 5 percent of my pain which I went through.

Throughout our plane journey I ignored him like a plague though he started a conversation.

I liked him getting frustrated not getting any answers from me.

We finally reached back home and I received a phone call from my mother in law who demanded me to be in Mumbai for all the rituals.

"Ji" I called him when I saw him emerging out of the bathroom and he looked at me with a hopeful eyes.

"Maa is telling me to come to Mumbai as I have to attend all the rituals as her daughter in law" I said to him while his eyes which was shimmering with hopefullness morphed into disappointment.

He nodded.

"I will come 2 days before the wedding . Call me immediately if my mom tried to taunt you"he said and I nodded at him.

"Is there anything else?"he asked me.

"Yes I have to go and pack my bags and kids bags" I told him and entered our closest to find my suitcase.

I felt a presence behind me.

"Is that all?" He asked me and his breath was fanning my neck sending me shivers to my body.

I nodded at him while he muttered something incoherent and left the place.

It was 7.30 pm and we are having flight at 10pm. Iam already done with packing and Adhvik has went to his work. I packed his clothes too cause he would sure forget things when he packs

He returned back at 8pm and kids were already asleep as they were tired of traveling.

He went to freshen up while I heated his food.

Suddenly I felt a pair of hands sneaking my waist and I very well knew it was him by his perfume.

He snuggled into my neck inhaling my raspberry perfume.

"Do you know whenever I am tired or frustrated, I search for you because you are my solace" he said making me blush.

"Ji food is ready go and sit I will serve you" I said avoiding his confession while he cursed himself and left the place stomping his foot like vihan.

I giggled at his actions.

I served his food avoiding his heating gaze on me.

"Did you eat?"he questioned me while I tilted my head in negative.

He grasped my wrist and pulled me making me end up on his lap while I gasped by his sudden pull.

"Let's eat together " he stated while I nodded at him as he left me with no other choice.

"Feed me" he said.

I started feeding him while he feeded me and deep inside I felt overwhelmed by his actions cause now he made me feel loved by his mere actions.

After an hour, I look at the clock ticking 9 and I knew it's time to leave and Adhvik is driving us to airport though I protested him to rest.

After a few minutes of ride we reached the airport and his private jet was already there.

Vrihanika was on his arms while vihan was in my arms. He pecked both of them and then his eyes connected mine luring me into his spell.

He pulled me but not so close since we both were having kids on our arms.

He placed his lips on me lingering it for a minutes and started moving in rhythm while I reciprocated.

We kissed for atleast 5 minutes and pulled from each other. He snuggled into my neck inhaling my raspberry perfume.

After 10 minutes,he finally left me.

"Do you really have nothing to reply?"
He asked me and I said no to him.

He pulled me closer just like before.

"For god's sake Adhya Singhania, I fucking confessed you and all you did was ignoring me." He said in a frustrated tone that was clearly visible as he clenched his jaw and ran in his hand through his silky hair in frustration.

I took a deep breath before answering him.

"I need some time ji. I want to get accustomed to it and I want you to realise how I felt' I told him honestly.

Though I am willing to give a chance but he should know how hurt I was by his words in our initial days of marriage and I want him to taste his medicine.

He nodded in understanding and I caught his eyes shimmering with guilt rather than hurt by my words.

"Bye ji. Take care of yourself and take your meals properly" I told with concern and stern in my voice.

He nodded and I was about to go until he pulled me again placing a kiss on my forehead and muttering"I love you and I'll miss you. Take Care of yourself"

Those words made my heart flutter and for a moment I thought to ditch this journey but my mother in law will bury me alive.

With a heavy heart I bid him bye and he helped to place Vrihanika on her seat and left the plane.

Soon the aeroplane took off and I started missing him already.

A notification pinged on my phone disturbing my thoughts.

"Take care Adhya Singhania and don't take anything to your heart whatever my mother says. I will come soon and I love you"

My mouth twitched into a smile reading it and all his words and caring felt foreign to me.
