As I arrived at Riya's house, everyone's eyes were fixed on us. Ignoring their stares, I hurriedly made my way to Riya's room. As I entered, I was taken aback to see her in tears, her once vibrant eyes now red and swollen. It was clear that Rishabh had caused her immense pain. I immediately embraced her, and she clung onto me tightly.

"Riya, I'm so sorry I wasn't there for you," I whispered, hoping my words would provide some comfort. However, she remained silent, her tears continuing to flow.

"Please, Riya, say something," I pleaded, desperate for her to open up. Through her sobs, she finally managed to speak, her voice trembling with hurt.

"Pratha, you have no idea how deeply he wounded me. He had the audacity to call our child a sin, a curse. He accused me of betraying him," she choked out between sobs. My heart ached for her, knowing she had done nothing wrong.

"Riya, please don't cry. I know in my heart that you are innocent," I reassured her, holding her even tighter. But the tears seemed endless, as if her pain was too great to contain.

"Pratha, I want to keep this child," she confessed, her words shocking me to the core. "This child is innocent, and I can't bear the thought of taking its life," she continued, her voice filled with determination.

I struggled to find the right words, torn between understanding her perspective and the complexities of the situation. "Riya, I understand that this child is not at fault, but..." I began, but she interrupted me, her voice filled with anguish.

"Yes, I know it's my mistake for trusting him blindly. The universe played a cruel game with me. I fixed him, but now I am the one who is broken. He broke me and shattered every part of our love that we built together," she confessed, her tears flowing relentlessly.

In that moment, all I could do was hold her tightly, offering my silent support and understanding. I knew that the road ahead would be filled with challenges and difficult decisions, but I was determined to stand by Riya's side, helping her navigate through the chaos and consequences that lay ahead.

I was seething with anger and frustration in my room, my emotions swirling inside me like a storm. I couldn't believe what had happened, how Riya could betray me like that. The pain in my heart was unbearable, and I needed an outlet for my rage.

Suddenly, my mom burst into my room, her voice filled with concern and confusion. "Rishabh, what's all this? What happened?" she yelled, her eyes scanning the broken mirror and the blood on my hand. But her words took an unexpected turn. "She cheated on you, and look at you. I think you should get married to Shejal," she suggested, her voice laced with a hint of hope.

My eyes widened, and my heart clenched at her words. How could she even suggest such a thing? No one could ever replace Riya in my heart, no matter what she had done. The pain intensified, and I felt like I was drowning in a sea of emotions. "Mom, no one, I said no one, can replace her," I shouted, my voice filled with anguish and defiance.

Unable to bear the weight of my emotions, I stormed out of the house, seeking solace in the solitude of my car. The engine roared to life as I sped down the highway, the wind whipping through my hair. But the pain inside me was relentless, and I couldn't escape it.

I pulled over to the side of the road, my mind clouded by the chaos of my thoughts. I reached for the drink bottle, my hands trembling with a mixture of anger and despair. I took a long swig, the burning sensation in my throat momentarily distracting me from my pain. The alcohol coursed through my veins, numbing my senses and clouding my judgment.

My eyes, bloodshot and filled with a mixture of anger and sadness, stared blankly into the distance. The world around me seemed to fade away as I drowned my sorrows in the intoxicating liquid. But deep down, I knew that this wasn't the answer. This wasn't going to bring Riya back or heal my broken heart.

I sat on the road, tears streaming down my face. It was a strange feeling, crying for someone I never thought I would shed a tear for. Even when Shejal left me, I didn't cry. But now, the pain was overwhelming, consuming me from within.

In the midst of my despair, I saw Riya standing in front of me, her laughter echoing in the air. It felt like a cruel twist of fate, as if she was reveling in my misery. "Oh, look, Mr. Rival," she taunted, her words cutting through me. "I've taken my revenge on you. You always thought I hated you, and now you have proof."

Her laughter pierced my heart, but then something shifted. Another version of Riya appeared before me, dressed in a bridal lehenga, tears streaming down her face. My breath caught as she spoke, her voice filled with pain and desperation. "Rishabh, I never cheated on you. I never would, because I love you. I only love you."

I stood up, my mind reeling from the conflicting emotions. The image of Riya laughing and gloating clashed with the image of her in tears, professing her love. It was as if I was caught in a whirlwind of confusion and longing.

But then, just as quickly as they appeared, both versions of Riya vanished. I was left alone, my heart heavy with the weight of what I had seen. It was clear that I couldn't ignore these visions. I couldn't lose her. I had to find a way to bring her back to understand the truth behind these conflicting images.

With determination fueling my every step, I embarked on a journey to find Riya. I couldn't let her slip away from me, not when there was a glimmer of hope that she still loved me.
