the next day at jungwon and his best friends, jake, niki, and sunoo, walked to school together, their chatter filled with excitement about meeting the new students.
as they entered the school gates, they couldn't help but notice the three cool kids standing near the entrance, chatting amongst themselves. heeseung, with his confident behaviour, caught jake's eye immediately.
while niki's gaze lingered on sunghoon, who stood tall and athletic. jungwon's heart skipped a beat as he spotted jay, his cool aura drawing jungwon's attention like a magnet.
he didnt know why he felt that way, did he.. like jay? "impossible" he thought. they all decided to try to talk to them.
as they approached the group, jake gathered up the courage to introduce themselves. "hey, I'm jake, and these are my friends, niki, sunoo, and jungwon," he said, trying to sound confident despite the butterflies in his stomach.
"oh hi, I'm heeseung," the eldest of the three cool kids replied with a warm smile, extending his hand for jake to shake.
"and i'm sunghoon," the athletic one added, flashing a friendly grin, niki felt his cheeks flush with embarrassment.
"and I'm jay," jay said casually, his gaze lingering on jungwon for a moment longer than necessary.
"nice to meet you all," sunoo said, trying to keep the conversation flowing smoothly. "yeah, welcome to Seoul High!" Jungwon added, his heart racing with nervousness and excitement.
the awkwardness of the introduction hung in the air for a moment before heeseung broke the silence with a friendly laugh. "thanks, guys. It's great to meet you all too," he said, his smile putting everyone at ease.
as they continued talking, jungwon couldn't help stealing glances at jay, his mind swirling with a mixture of emotions. why do i feel like this?! do i actually like him? does jay feel the same way? or is this my delulu taking over? ;-;

as the introductions settled, jake couldn't help but feel a surge of nervousness as he stole glances at heeseung. "s-so, um, do you guys want to hang out sometime?" he blurted out, his cheeks turning red like a cherry.
heeseung's smile widened, sensing jake's cute nervousness. "hehe yeah, that sounds like fun. we'd love to," he replied, his tone friendly and inviting.
niki, feeling the weight of sunghoon's gaze on him, cleared his throat awkwardly before speaking up. "y-yeah, that would be cool. maybe we could grab some food after school?" he suggested, trying to sound casual .
sunghoon nodded, "sure, I'm down for that," he said, offering a shy smile that made niki's heart go craazyyy.
meanwhile, sunoo, always the social butterfly, said, "awesome! we can show you guys around the neighborhood. there's this great cafe nearby that has the best milkshakes," he exclaimed, his eyes shining with excitement.
jay's gaze softened as he looked at jungwon, a faint smile playing on his lips. "sounds like a plan. I'm looking forward to it," he said, his voice low and reassuring.
jungwon felt a rush of excitement at jay's words, his heart pounding in his chest. "y-yeah, me too," he replied, trying to hide the nervousness in his voice.
with plans made and introductions exchanged, the group parted ways, each feeling a mix of excitement and anticipation for the upcoming hangout.

as jungwon and his friends walked to their first class, they kept talking with excitement about their newfound friendship with the three new hot students.
"i-i can't believe we're actually hanging out with them," jake exclaimed, his voice filled with excitement.
"i know, right? this is going to be so much fun," sunoo added, his eyes sparkling with excitement.
niki couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation building within him. "DID U GUYS SEE HOW SUNGHOON LITERALLY STARED AT ME?!" he squeeled, his mind already racing with possibilities.
"lmao thats cute nikii" jake said while ruffling the younger's hair. "heeseung literally fell in love with you hyung" niki teased, knowing jake has a bit of a crush on heeseung.
"nah what i saw was jay literally dead staring at jungwon, nonstop-" jake added and smirking to jungwon, followed by sunoo and niki.
"what?! nahh" jungwon replied, trying to not sound nervous. "yeah, yeah whatever you say wonnie" sunoo teased him for the last time until the bell rang and they all went to class.
