Tara pov I woke up from someone shaking me. I rubbed them then looked to see who it was. It was my Kesha.
"What?" I groaned.
"I made breakfast come on" she said with a smile.
"Ok let me get ready then I will eat, k?" I spoke.
"K" she agreed and walked out. Shutting my door so I could get ready.

Once I got ready I walked to the kitchen. The smell of waffles filled the air. I took one and got the syrup out.
"Thanks Kesha" I said.
"Your welcome Tara!" She replied with a smile.
"I'm going to the Fourth of July paraid with the losers" I spoke.
"That's fun I will be watching fire works with mom" Kesha smiled.
"See ya Kesh" I said
"Bye T!" She replied back. Molly and I raced down the fire escape only to be meet with Bev. We raced till we got to the ally way. All the losers were here except for Eddie and richie. Eddie went to get him and Richie ice cream. Richie stole a trombone out of one of the marching band guys hand.
"They said they found a part of his hand all chewed up near the standpipe" stanly said as we all look at the missing poster of ed Corcoran.
"He asked to borrow a pencil once." Ben said Bill walked forward to the poster flipping it up to reveal Betty Ripson's missing poster.
"I remember Betty. She was so nice, it's a shame she-it's a shame she went missing" I said catching myself making sure I did not say she was dead. Molly layed down next to my feet, I smiled at her.
"It's like she has been f-f-f-f-forgotten because Corcoran is missing." bill said
"Is it ever going to end?" Stanly asked
"Hopefully" I sighed rolling my eyes
"I actually do think it will end, for a little while at least." Ben said
"What do you mean?" Beverly asked
"So I was going over all my derry research and I charted out all the big events. The ironworks explosion in 1908. The Bradley gang in '35. And the black spot in '62. And now kids being-" ben started then looked at bill and changed his words "I realized this stuff happens every-" ben says
"27 years" ben and bill say at the same time
"We s-s-should go s-s-s-s-somewhere p-p-privater." Bill spoke, we all agreed. We went to the park and we all sat down. Stanly, Mike, bill, Richie, and Eddie sat on the white bench. Me, beverly, and ben sat on hay. Molly layed on my lap.
"It comes out from wherever to eat kids for like a year? And then what it just goes into hibernation?!" I asked
"Mabey its like what do you call it..." Stanley spoke.
"Cicadas?" I asked
"yes, the bug that comes out every 17 years" Stanly said
"My grandfather thinks this town is cursed. He says that all the bad things that happen in this town are because of one thing. An evil thing that feeds of the people in derry." Mike says
"But it can't be one thing. We all saw something different." Stanly spoke
"Mabey, or Mabey it knows what scares us the most and that's what we see." Mike said "I-I saw a leper. It was like a walking infection." Eddie spoke up.
"But you didn't. Because it isn't real. None of this is. Not Eddie's leper, or-or bill seeing Gorgie, or the women I keep seeing" Stanly said
"Is she hot?" Richie asked
"NO Richie, she is not hot! Her face is all messed up, none of this makes any sense." Stanly said I look down.
"There all like bad dreams" stanly said
"I don't think so. I know the difference between real life and a bad dream, okay?" Mike said
"What did you see? You saw something to?" Eddie asked Mike
"Yes. Do you guys know that burned down house on Harris avenue? I was inside when it burned down. Before I was rescued my mom my mom and dad were trapped in the room over from me. They were pushing and pounding on the door. Trying to get to me. But it was to hot. When the firemen finally found them. The skin on there hands had melted down to the bone." Mike said.
"Oh jeez" Richie muttered
"We are all afraid of something." I added on.
"You got that right" Richie stated.
"Yeah what are you guys afraid of?" Eddie asked Richie looked at the stage
"clowns" Richie spoke almost sounding unsure. After Richie said his fear they turned there attention to me.
"What about you?" Ben asked.
"You know how people call me cuckoo Tara, well I'm afraid that I actually will become insane." I spoke.
"Damn" Richie said
"I have a thing I n-need to show you g-gu-guys Meet at m-m-m-my g-g-garage. Tomorrow." Bill said and everyone left.
