Terrence cleared his throat and shifted in his seat. A look of relief and nervousness flashed through his eyes, and I could tell that he was nervous about this, especially since I didn't give him enough details about what I was allowing myself to know or didn't.

Finally, he sighed and shook his head while he cleared his throat and shifted in his seat again. "What do you want me to do so that you won't think about this stuff or have Harrison know that you know something more?" he asked and raised an eyebrow in question instead.

I shrugged and grimaced while I looked at him. "What are you able to do?" I asked and raised an eyebrow in question. "If you are able to stop me thinking about it then do so."

Terrence rubbed the back of his neck and smiled sheepishly while he shifted in his seat. "Ya... the thing is, I think you might be too powerful for that..."

I raised an eyebrow in question, mildly impressed but also confused while I stared at him. "What do you mean?" I asked.

Terrence cleared his throat, and his cheeks grew red. "Um... well... Harrison's command and power should work on you not knowing anything and not even having this feeling of knowing if that makes sense."

I slowly blinked and pressed my lips into a thin line. I didn't say a word, and my mind slowly started to wander as to what Harrison's power was, but I quickly stopped that thought from entering in my head with a dismissive shake of my head.

It wasn't safe...

Terrence cleared his throat and shifted in his seat while he raised an eyebrow in question. "Where was that thought going?" he asked and raised the eyebrow higher. "What were you thinking about?"

I sighed and shook my head before I moved a hand through my hair and grimaced. "I can't," I said before I cleared my throat and shifted in my seat. "I can't think about it because it is not safe for me to know or have this feeling about it, especially since you don't know if what you can do will help me "not" remember."

"We can see if you would like," Terrence said and leaned forward while he stared at me with an intense gaze on his face that had me feeling as if I was some creature he wanted to study and explore. "It won't hurt."

I pressed my lips into a thinner line and slowly narrowed my eyes while I stared at him, not sure if I trusted him that much or not, especially with the look that he was giving me. I didn't say a word while I stared at him, and the excitement slowly drained in Terrence's eyes while his cheeks grew red.

"Ya..." He cleared his throat and shifted on his seat while his cheeks turned red. "That sounded creepy," he said before he cleared his throat again and rubbed the back of his neck while he bowed and looked away from me. "My apologies, Your Majesty. I didn't mean it like that..."

I blinked before I raised an eyebrow in question again and stayed silent, wondering how he meant it.

Again, Terrence cleared his throat and shifted in his seat while he continued to bow, submitting. "I did not mean anything negative or bad about it, Your Majesty," he said apologetically. "I am excited to see if I can't help you and what you "know" or have figured out on your own."

He paused and licked his lips, becoming hesitant before he looked at me again. "My main goal is to protect the throne and the people that rule," he said. "That includes you."

I blinked and blinked again before I sighed and shook my head, relenting just a tad bit. "I was going to think about Harrison and his powers," I explained slowly, and Terrence leaned back in his seat while he watched me, waiting for me to continue. "However, I decided that I needed to block that thought further because it was not safe."

Terrence pressed his lips into a thin line and nodded, waiting for me to continue. He didn't say a word while I looked at him, and I had a feeling that he wanted me to go more in depth about what I meant.

I sighed sadly before I shook my head and cleared my throat. "Unfortunately, that is all I can say, Terrence," I said apologetically, bowing my head a little. "That's all I want to allow myself to think even if you want to do something to me that will help me forget."

Terrence slowly nodded and furrowed his brows while he pressed his lips into a thin line. 'What if you think about something that is in itself harmless?" he asked. "We can work with that thought if you would like."

I slowly nodded and furrowed my brows while I pressed my lips into a thin line before I mulled over everything that I didn't allow myself to think about.

What about my powers..?

I knew that I had powers or had a feeling that I could do something besides shifting into a wolf, but I didn't know what and didn't explore the options that could be presented to me.

"Well?" Terrence asked and raised an eyebrow in question. He cocked his head while he studied me. "What do you want me to do?"

I bit back an annoyed sigh before I shook my head and cleared my throat. "Could it work on something that I know that I have, but I haven't delved too much into it?" I asked and raised an eyebrow in question.

"Like?" he asked and raised an eyebrow in question while he shifted in his seat. "What do you mean?"

"Like me having powers," I replied before I cleared my throat and shifted further in my seat while I studied him. "I know that I have powers like my mate and children, but I do not know what they are and do not want to delve too much into them just yet."

Terrence slowly nodded and furrowed his brows while he pressed his lips into a thin line. "But you do know that you can do something, right?"

"Correct." I nodded in confirmation. "Harrison has helped me with them. I know that much. Other than that..." I shrugged and grimaced, my cheeks turning a little red.

Understanding flashed through Terrence's eyes, and he slowly nodded. "You don't feel as if it is safe for you to know, right?"

"Correct," I replied and nodded in confirmation. "That is what I am implying."

Terrence nodded and pressed his lips into a thin line before he cleared his throat and shifted in his seat some more. "What do you think will happen to you if you think these things?" he asked and raised an eyebrow in question.

I sighed and shook my head before I moved a hand through my hair and across my face. "Death," I replied honestly before I shrugged and grimaced, clearing my throat. "I think that there will be a lot of death that will occur because I know for a fact that Liz is not ready for any of this, not yet at least."

Terrence furrowed his brows and slowly nodded, pressing his lips into a thin line. "And you are afraid that she will die?" he asked and raised an eyebrow in question, and I nodded in confirmation.

"Correct," I replied before I bit back another sigh and shook my head, clearing my throat. "And after that, the world will not be as we know it but much, much worse."

I paused and cleared my throat again while I stared at him dead in the eyes with a grave expression on my face, and something in my eyes and on my face had Terrence move back just a bit while he stared at me, his face growing pale and eyes growing wide. "And that is what I am most afraid of."
