Third Person's POV
After (Y/n) went to her bedroom a while ago, Izana unconsciously rolled off the couch and slept on the cold floor, so Kakucho decided to doze off beside his older brother figure too.
Izana noticed that when he accidentally woke up. Seeing Kakucho asleep without any blanket, he gave the younger man his blanket. He didn't mind sleeping without one since Kakucho needed it more.
Izana fell asleep again but after a while, he instinctively grabbed a hand that tried to disturb Kakucho's peaceful sleep. His instinct kicked in when he sensed a "danger" approaching.
It was Ran.
"The hell are you tryna do with Kakucho?" Izana asked, his voice seething with malice. He swatted Ran's hand away, his palm cupping the back of Kakucho's head. Thankfully, the teenage boy was deep in sleep and the tensed situation went unnoticed by him.
Ran smiled awkwardly before unclenching his palm, showing a set of earplugs. "Why do you have this?" Izana quirked an eyebrow.
"Some of these guys have snoring problems so I brought them to ensure a good night sleep. But looks like Kaku needs them more.."
"Kaku is a heavy sleeper. A loud ass snore won't wake him up."
