Chapter 7: Unexpected Pregnancy

Jade's Point of View:

I stared at the pregnancy test in disbelief, my heart racing with a mix of emotions. I was pregnant with Sean's baby. The father of my child was the same man who had destroyed my life. I felt alone and scared, unsure of how to navigate this new reality.

As I struggled to come to terms with my pregnancy, I faced another devastating blow - I lost my baby. The grief and depression that followed were overwhelming, and I isolated myself from the world. I couldn't bear the thought of facing anyone, especially Sean.

I spent months in a haze of sadness, unable to eat or sleep. I felt like I was drowning in my tears, and I didn't know how to keep going. But slowly, I started to heal. I started taking small steps towards recovery, like taking a walk outside or reading a book. And then, one day, I saw him again. Sean. My heart skipped a beat as our eyes met, and I felt the old familiar fear creeping in.

Sean's Point of View:

I had been searching for Jade everywhere, determined to make things right. When I finally found her, I knew I had to act fast. I kidnapped her, knowing it was wrong, but I couldn't help myself. I needed her back in my life.

As we spent more time together, I could see the fear in her eyes, but I also saw the old spark. She still had feelings for me, and I was determined to fan them into a flame. I knew I had hurt her, but I was willing to do whatever it took to win her back.

But as we delved deeper into our past, I realized the extent of my mistakes. I had been blind to her pain, and I had caused her so much suffering. I knew I had to make amends, but I wasn't sure where to start.

Alex's Point of View (Jade's friend):

I had been worried sick about Jade since she disappeared. I knew she was hurting, and I wanted to be there for her. When I finally found out where she was, I was shocked to see Sean with her. I knew he was trouble, and I didn't want Jade anywhere near him.

But as I watched them together, I saw something in Sean's eyes that gave me pause. He looked genuinely remorseful, and I wondered if maybe, just maybe, he was capable of change. I still didn't trust him, but I was willing to give him a chance - for Jade's sake.
