MIRA'S POV
I am getting ready for my Haldi ceremony. Last night, Vikramji organized a beautiful classical show for everyone. One of the best moments for me during that classical night was the puppet show. I just felt like I was in a fairytale. I dressed in a simple yellow attire with flower jewelry in my hand. With my cousins, I went towards the garden where Arjun's and my Haldi ceremony was taking place.
I reached the garden and found the courtyard was draped in strings of marigolds and bright silks, and the air was filled with the scent of sandalwood and jasmine from numerous garlands that decorated the area. In the center, two large wooden seats adorned with cushions awaited for our haldi ceremony.
The decoration is so pretty, but Arjun was still not present. I reached the center and took my seat. Soon, Arjun also came with Vikramji and his friends, and he took his place near me.
Soon the Haldi ceremony started, and my friends and family members applied Haldi to me. My mama and mami had tears in their eyes while applying Haldi, and I also felt emotional. My cousins applied Haldi to me with so much enthusiasm.
I noticed Vikramji asked Raghu's mother to apply Haldi to Arjun, but she insisted that it was her first right to apply Haldi to Arjun since he was like a family member to her. Vikramji emotionally nodded.
