Sat inside the library inside the bunker, Jovi was leant over the table her eyes narrowed in concentration with a subtle pout on her face. She held one of her dad's hands in hers working on his nails, the teen had filed them and was now painting them with a clear varnish. How did she get Dean to comply? Puppy eyes and a tv show that was older than both of them, she also likes to think he couldn't say no to her even if he wanted to.
Sam walked into the room carrying two plates that had grilled cheese sandwiches on them, a small smirk was on his face as he saw his brother willingly letting his daughter pamper him. Dean threw his head back as he laughed at the scene playing on the computer screen "what're you laughing at?" Sam asked strolling towards them, Jovi didn't look up from her work while Dean glanced over his shoulder at him "oh, hey, hang on. It's a — this is a classic" Dean used his free hand to rewind the scene "I'm glad you're feeling better" Sam responded "oh, better than ever"
Sam scoffed "yeah, I can see that" his eyes landed on where Jovi was putting another coat onto Deans thumb "he needed a mani bad" the girl commented making her uncle laugh, he then put the two plates down. Dean immediately reached for his one which also caused him to snatch his hand from Jovi's "oh, hello beautiful"
"uh, excuse me? I wasn't done" the teen said glaring at her father "uh, sorry, sorry. Five minutes Jov" she rolled her eyes before shrugging putting the brush back in the bottle before taking her own sandwich "was hungry anyway, thanks Sammy" Jovi smiled up at her uncle while Dean was humming in satisfaction while eating his own sandwich "you want some alone time with that thing?" Sam questioned raising a amused brow "no, I'm good"
"You sure?"
"Yeah, yeah, watch this" Dean pressed play on the screen the three watching the guy turn a pipe causing water to rush out. Dean laughed which made Sam and Jovi smile. The girl was just happy to see him being happy and carefree for once. She looked back at the screen taking another bite of her sandwich and smile on her face.
