Chapter 12~ Directioner for Life

It's Wednesday the last day before thanksgiving break and I'm stressed. I've handed in one essay, two work sheets, one baking project and now I have an exam in home ec but once I'm done I can finally leave. God, I'd really love to have a smoke. a positive is that it's still warm so at least I still get to wear some of my summer clothes. Today I decided on a black v-neck body suit and a plain jean skirt. I rest my head in my locker and pretend that schools over for the day and hope I can just crawl in and take a nap.

"Are you okay in there?" I groan and pull my head out of my locker and look over. Katie is looking at me a little concerned but I give her my best attempt at a smile.

"Yeah, just a long day. I can't wait for the break and my jeep comes in tonight or tomorrow." I grab the books I'll need for my last class and closes my locker and we start waking down the hallway.

"Oh yeah, that paper for English nearly killed me! I finally knocked it out at like three am last night." She's digging through her bag and pulls out a stack of papers stapled together. She closes her bag and stops walking, which in turn makes me stop "hey I know this is weird but is Mason seeing anyone? Or like talk about anyone?"

Mason? The quiet guy. I wiggle my eyebrows at her "why?"

Her cheeks turn slightly pink and tucks some of her loose hair behind her ear and won't look up from the floor. "Well you know. We're ah science partners and he doesn't really talk about a girlfriend or anything. So I was just curious."

Omg! She's so cute. I turn so I'm standing in front of her "oh so you lovvvveee him. You think he's the hottest guy ever."

The shade of pink turns a deep red and her eyes widen a little bit. She lifts her eyes from the floor and opens her mouth to probably tell me off but shuts it immediately.

Arms wrap around my waist and I feel someone's presents behind me and someone brings their mouth to my ear "you talking about me princess?"

I whip around pushing myself out of Jessie's arms and cross my arms over my chest "do you always insert yourself in other people's conversations?"

His eyes linger at my chest where my arms are crossed before his eyes meet mine. Mental note wear more low cut shirts "no, just yours princess. So who are we talking about."

I look behind Jessie and notice the rest of the guys coming down the hallway behind him. I nudge Katie and smile at her "oh you know, just girl stuff."

Katie must have gotten the hint and looped her elbow with mine and smiles at Jessie "I can't believe that one direction might get back together, can you?"

"I know. The fact that Zane is making music again makes me really hopeful."

Jessie holds his hands up in defence "okay Jesus, I don't really care about one direction."

"Oh shit did you hear that most or all of them were in the same place recently. London or something, it has to mean something." Luke pops up behind Jessie looks between Katie and I. We both look at each other and burst out laughing.

Jessie shove Luke off him "how the hell do you know that?"

Luke shrugs his shoulders "directioner for life babyyyy."

The guys roll their eyes at Luke. Were all gather now in the hallway talking to each other. Henry checks his phone and elbows Zach to show him his phone. "Hey I was thinking it could be fun to all hang out at the barn tonight?"

Everyone mumbles a yeah but looking at Katie I can tell she looks a little distraught, probably because she doesn't know if Henry's including her. "Yeah that sounds great" I elbow Katie "right?"
