And you might have actually landed a proper hit. If you hadn't called yourself out like that first.

Since you expected to make impact with his face.(but didn't)

You ended up making some weird maneuver. Bouncing on one leg. While you steadied yourself.

You turned back around. ready for action.(once you did steady yourself)

But found yourself back with Tanjiro amd the rest.

"What the heck??? When did that...?"

You asked yourself.

"Did akaza do that?"

You looked back over at the fight between akaza and kyojuro.

You frowned, Feeling annoyed.
