The ambulance came to the spot and lia managed to hold helen and go into the ambulance

Lia : Helen ( crying hard ) wake up helen

Helen is breathing hard.. He can't open his eyes but he is trying to see Lia..
He is breathing really hard !

Lia is crying hard...

The nurse kept an oxygen mask on helen's face and giving some first aid.. 

Helen  slowly moved his hands which was bleeding

Lia hold his hands and crying even more.. She couldn't believe this..

Helen pointed lia's locket..

Lia can't understand first.. But then sam striked her mind..

Lia : Oh my god.. Sam..

Lia took her phone and dialed Chris

📞 Chris : HEY  lia  How are--

📞LIA : Chris please do me a favor  ( crying even hard )

📞CHRIS  : Hey lia what happen.. Anything wrong ❓

Resa is hearing everything as she is sitting behind chris..

Resa is asking what happen..

📞LIA : Helen.. Helen had an accident

CHRIS's eyes widened..

📞CHRIS : what-

📞LIA : can you please pick up sam.. He.. He will- be.. Waiting.. At.. At school.. Pleasee.. It's already late.. Please.. ( crying hard )

Helen holding lia's hands.. Signaling her not to cry.. But seeing this lia crying even more.. Even at helen's worst.. He care about Lia

📞CHRIS : Hey don't worry.. I will pick him..

Lia cut the call..

Lia : Helen.. Nothing will happen to you.. ( crying ) i will save you helen ( crying really hard )

( literally she don't know what to do.. Helen's pulse is getting down.. Lia's hands are shaking as hell.. They reached the hospital.. And then they admitted helen in the hospital.. They took him straight into ICU  )

Lia kneeled down and crying hard.. Helen's blood were spread on her dress.. She couldn't see this.. Her hands were shaking..

She could see helen from outside.. He is so serious..

The doctor came out

Lia : Doctor what happen.. He he-

Doctor:  Its difficult mam.. But see , we have to do an operation.. His head was heavily injured.. Leg's bone was fractured.. Same with the left hand.. His back was bleeding heavily...

Lia closed her mouth.and crying.. She can't say anything... She don't know what to do..

Doctor : mam i can feel you but..

Lia : You can operate him.. ( crying and begging him to save helen )

Lia : please save him doctor.. Pleasee..

Doctor  : mam please don't cry.. We will do our best

Lia : 🙏🏻🙏🏻 ( crying while kneeling down )

Lia keep on crying..

and then chris came running with sam in his hands and resa near him..

Resa : Liaa.. What happen lia..

Lia : ( crying hard.. ) Helen. Hel-en..

Resa hugged her tightly and trying to comfort her

But the reality is know one can comfort her than Helen.. Helen is the only medicine for her.. His words , his smile , his care.. "Him"

Sam : ( crying ) Liaa.. What happen liaa.. What happen to Helen.. Lia speak to me  Lia..

Lia came and hugged sam..

Lia : Nothing sam.. Nothing for him.. He is just sleeping ( crying hard ) He will woke up tomorrow Okkay ❓

Sam nodded while crying..

Seeing them  like chris and Resa got tears..
