nurses rushed to ICU ward
One of the nurse ran out of the ward to call the doctor

Doctor rushed to Helen's ward..
Lia has no Idea what is going but her hands started shaking as hell..

Lia's eyes widens.. She closed her mouth and rushed into the ward.. The nurses tried to stop her but she went inside and saw Helen's lifeless body on the bed..

Please come back helen.. Come back my love.. Pleasee.. ( crying veryy hard ) Oh my god ! Whyy me.. Whyyy this all the shit happens to me.. What did i even do ( crying) HELEN ! ( shouting ) See me once please.. Call me one time please.. Say boo boo ( crying hard and hard) Babe please wake up.. Helennnnnn.... Wake up helen pleasee wake up... You will say na.. Iam a dumboo.. This dumbo needs youu helen.. Lia is nothing without Helen.. ( crying hard and hard )

Lia : No No Helen..

Lia : Oh my god..
You stood up and rushed towards the ICU ward.. And saw Helen is on treatment.. His pulse is same.. He didn't die..
Resa : Hey Lia.. What happen
Lia : Resa.. It's a bad dream...
Resa : Yes you was shouting in your dream.. Is something wrong lia ❓
( Resa asked while touching her forehead.. )
Lia.: ( left a long breathe ) Oh my god.. What the heck is going on.. Resaa.. Iam realy nothing without this man ( Helen ).. He he was.. In my dream.. Like.. Helen
Resa : Hey heyy chill , come here
She made her sit and hold her hands
Resa : Helen is born for you.. Only for you.. Nothing will happen to him.. Okay.. Your love will save him.. Believe!! Believe in your love.. Okay..
Lia nodded with teary eyes...
Resa : Omoo ! See how dull you are.. Helen don't like when Lia is crying iam i right..
Lia nodded with teary eyes and a slight smile on her face

Lia nodded.. And starring at the locket of helen.. ( the doctors handles Helen's purse , shoes , watch and a locket.. The locket lia have never seen him worn )
