I've been watching a lot of porn lately.
I've tried to keep it out of my poetry,
in fact I've been clearing my browser history
like someone is out to catch me.
That is why I need to write this smut poem,
because I'm not ashamed of my sexuality.
Poetry should be sexy,
and I'm going to make that break through
by telling you I want to watch you masturbate.
If I have to I'm going to make you uncomfortable,
at least its all on the table.
I am a poet.
By nature I create tension,
and the sexual tension
between us is worth writing
about the girls I've given back stories, kissing two minutes into a movie that ends well after I'm done watching.
I guess the reason I watch pornography
is the same reason I write poetry.
Honestly, the thought of you just makes me need to do something with my hands.
