『𝗇𝖾𝗐 𝖼𝗈𝗎𝗉𝗅𝖾』

A/N: this does NOT mean i will be regularly updating again, but i was bored so here you go ! (i might be getting bored later too....)

The sound of Sophie shutting her locked made her jump. She had been on edge ever since she leaped to Foxfire. What if she saw Keefe? What would she say?

"Hey Soph" Sophie whipped her head around as fast as she could, but it was only Biana. She put a hand on her chest and blew out a breath.

"You scared me." Biana raised an eyebrow. 

"Why...? I come over to your locker every morning." Sophie realized she probably shouldn't have said anything, because Biana wouldn't stop prying until she knew every last detail of what had happened to make Sophie so jumpy.

"There's something I need to tell you." Sophie grabbed Bianas arm and pulled her into the girls bathroom. "I...I kissed Keefe last night. And he asked me if he could be my boyfriend. And...I said yes. Please."

"WHAT?!?!" Biana shrieked. Her mouth gaped, but it was upturned into a smile. "That's amazing Sophie! Oh my gosh! You're dating Keefe! Finally!!!"

"Shh! Be quiet! I don't want people to know." Sophie started pulling at her eyelashes, but Biana swatted her arm away.

"First off, please stop doing that, you have such nice eyelashes and you're ruining them. Secondly, why wouldn't you want people to know? You're dating the Keefe Sencen. You really don't want people knowing?" Biana stared at her in disbelief, but she just didn't get it.

"It's just," She took a breath and then it all came pouring out. "I've never actually had a boyfriend that I really like, y'know? And Keefe is Keefe. Like you said. And I'm just scared he'll stop liking me or that I'll do something wrong. Then he'll just move on to another girl or realize he likes someone else better. I'm just nervous to be in a relationship. Especially with someone so special to me."

Biana looked at me with pitiful eyes. "Sophie. Come on. If you're worried about looks? Trust me, you'll be fine. As for personality? Keefe...he hasn't dated anyone since you came to the Lost Cities. Before your arrival? New girl every month. He is obsessed with you. Honestly, I don't think he'll ever stop. I mean, have you seen the way he looks at you?"

Sophie was speechless. She didn't believe it but...she also did. I mean, she had heard so many stories of him with other girls, but she had never actually seen him with them in real life. But she still wasn't sure about whether or not he would stop liking her if she did something wrong.

"Thanks Biana" She said, and left to go to class. The whole way through Alchemy she couldn't stop thinking about Keefe. She even burned off some of her book bag because of how distracted she was.

She was walking out of class to go to lunch when she saw him. 

Keefe.

Her boyfriend.

That still felt weird to think about. Sophie needed to leave. She wasn't ready to face him. But before she could run, he looked right at her.

And he smirked. 

Using his charming, irresistible, trademark smirk.

And Sophie felt butterflies erupt in her stomach. No no no, she couldn't do this. But Keefe was walking towards her. And wouldn't it send the wrong message if she just left? She tried to smile back, but she herself could tell it looked bad. She should've put lip gloss on in the morning or something, because Keefe was looking extra handsome and Sophie just looked like plain old Sophie.

"Hey Foster" Keefe said, grinning. He wrapped a hand around her neck and leaned in to kiss her.
