It's been a hot minute, hasn't it? Unfortunately, I can't stay very long, but I'll at least leave something before I go. There is going to be this chapter and the next one followed by the epilogue. I love this story with my whole heart, it's proven to me that I'm able to circle back to something and finish it. And I love you all just as much because you guys helped me realize my writing is actually good and entertaining. This is not my last book forever, but it is my last book for a while. Once I finish this I will be taking a hiatus that I have no idea how long will last. So, I hope you enjoy these last three chapters, I love you. 🤍

"You do realize you don't have to help us with the party set up, right?" Nick said as he watched Lydia make the snacks for their Halloween party the group was having later that night.
"You do realize most people won't just want chips and alcohol at this party, right?" She told him as she used melted chocolate to make pretzel spiders.
"We weren't only going to serve chips for snacks." Isaac said and Lydia gave him a look that said, 'be honest.' "Okay, fine we only bought some chips. But in all fairness we usually get meal preps so we don't know how to make party foods."
"And thus I'm here to help." She smiled as she placed the tray into the freezer, to cool the chocolate. She had nick help her start the Halloween party pizzas as the mummy hot dogs were cooking.
"I can't believe you trusted Blake to pick your Halloween costumes." Isaac spoke as he set up the drinks.
"He said he had a good idea for a costume and I had no ideas so, I trust him." Lydia told him as she decorated some of the pizzas.

"Lydia will kill you if you get that costume." Larry told Blake as he held up the plug and outlet Halloween couples costume.
"This isn't going to be our costume, just a gag one. I already know which costume we're actually going as." He said as he tossed the costume into the cart and headed over to the plates and cups.
"So why the gag costume?" Tanner asked as he pushed the cart.
"Just to mess with her, see her reaction. I bought our real costumes weeks ago."
"Let me guess, Flynn rider and rapunzle." Larry said.
"No, actually she asked if we could go as something other than that. She wants to save that one for sometime in the future or something." Blake said as he grabbed three stacks of plates.
"So what are you guys going as?" Tanner asked as he tossed some solo cups into the cart.
"And ruin the surprise, absolutely not." Blake said as they headed to check out.

As the other three finished up with the food and set it out they heard the garage door. Blake walked in with the party city bag and pulled out the outlet and plug costume to show Lydia. "Oh...I love it." She said with a sympathetic fake smile when she saw the costume.
"Really? It was between this and colonel sanders and chicken." He said acting completely serious.
"Wow, sounds like it was a tough choice." Lydia clasped her hands together as she tried to be supportive.
