Phase I: Chapter 11

"I thought we were going to your house." I frowned at Chanyeol while getting down the taxi.

"You thought." Chanyeol gave the money to the driver then shut the door behind. he placed his arm around my shoulder, "Let's eat and have fun." he smiled at me.

We went to a certain mall, then did all the things. i think this was his way of making me happy, yet my head still hurts, you know, i have a band aid right on the right side of my forehead. (I am very clumsy, yes thank you I already know that.)

"So where do you wanna go first?" He tilted his head while smiling idiotically. "A-anywhere." I still felt uncomfortable since he was holding my hand but I felt a little bit of reassurance, I had this little feeling that I should trust him more.

I removed my hand, then he looked at me confusingly, "Why did you--" Before he could even finish his question, I shifted to his side then held his hand again, "Chill, Yeol. I'm here. Don't be a chicken."

He heaved a sigh then shook his head, "Do you wanna eat or do stuffs?"

"Are you taking me on a date?" I stared at him. I really don't get it, we could just, you know? finish the game since we're going to eat after that?

He flashed me his crooked smile, "Dunno." Then he started walking forward. I really don't get this guy, do you? Ugh.

We went inside a restaurant and treated me lunch, then the usual thing, walking. We were roaming our eyes around, our hands still intertwined. I wonder why he still isn't removing my hand from his.

"Where do you want to go next?" He asked me, Looks like he's having fun with me.

I looked around then found an amusement arcade near a restaurant close to a comfort room.

I playfully smiled at him then pointed where the arcade was. He grinned, "Sure."

We bought tokens, a lot of tokens.

We played, and we almost passed by and played every game inside the room but I remembered something.

The one you see in fan fictions. I want to try it too.

I pulled him towards the claw crane (the one with stuff toys and you have to get it with the grabber)

"Oh I see." He smirked at me then stared at the machine. "Point it out, M'lady." I pointed the black teddy bear, Then he focused his eyes on it. He inserted one token inside the machine and then gripped on the controller.

Few minutes the grabber got the black plush and it fell down. Oh my gosh.

He pulled the bear out then handed it to me. "Here." He smiled. I smiled back at him, "Thank you, Yeol."

"Weeelll," He simpered, "I told you I'm good at these," He pointed out the claw crane once again then grinned at me. "Tokens are all gone," I showed the both of my hands. Empty.

"So.. Let's go home?" I agreed. We walked outside of the arcade room.

"Wait," He looked around as if he was searching for someone, "You okay here? I'm going to the comfort room, I'll be fast. I swear." I nodded then he went inside the boys' comfort room.

I felt like someone was watching me... again. Okay, it sounds unusual, right?

I suddenly remembered my premonition.

the girl with jet black hair with blood all over her hands.

I snapped. Oh God, she's not real. Wake up, Venus!

Why did I even thought about that?!

I shut my eyes hard and my head started to hurt, again... a lot.

"Hey, I'm bac-- You okay?" I opened my eyes and saw a worried Chanyeol. I looked at him then stabled my eyes, "I'm alright. Let's go back." He held my hand again and we started to walk towards the escalator. My eyes felt a little dizzy and I felt like I was going to faint, no, but I'm okay.

"You sure? Tell me if you feel something." He tightened his hold on my hand and reassured him again that I can handle myself alone.

We rode a taxi way back to the mansion.

I stared at the taxi's window then took a glimpse of Chanyeol. I caught him doing the same thing. "Um," I started, "Thank you for today, Chanyeol."

"Don't mention it," He gave me a genuine smile. I stared through the window once again, he mumbled something but I did not hear it clearly, "I love you so much, Aphrodite."

Chanyeol opened the gate for me then we entered the mansion. I opened the door slowly, a little scared of what the member's reaction after we left the game.

Okay, that was unexpected.

While, yes, they looked like they did not give a shit about us.

We're only at the front door and yet I already hear commotions inside.

I twisted the knob open and heard everyone talking and shouting and screaming. Wow. I was expecting them sitting at a swiveling chair that turns around when you come back home then starts asking you things like, "Where were you?" Ugh.

"Give me the controller!" Sehun scowled at Kai, "No! It's my turn! Go get Luhan hyung's controller!"

"Hyung..." Luhan rolled his eyes and then gave his controller to the younger.

"Kris hyung!!!!" Chen shouted, "HAVE YOU SEEN MY CHARGER?"

"Um...?" Then everyone looked at us, "WHERE WERE YOU?"

See. We, Chanyeol and I looked at each other then shook our heads.
