Chapter 11

***Avery's POV***

I slowly open my eyes as I start to wake up.

Ugh.

I stretch a little and look at my alarm clock.

•9:07 PM•

Ah. I slept in a little.

But that doesn't matter with my job, I don't have to get up and actually go to work, I work at home.

I'm so lucky.

I slowly sit up and take the covers off of me, throwing my feet over the side of the bed.

I sleepily stumble into the kitchen to my coffee maker.

I start brewing it and look out my window.

There's a tree that blocks the view of half the window but you can see my small yard and the sidewalk by the road.

I look at tree and notice a bluejay sitting in it.

Nice. I'm glad I don't have a view of a dirty old alley or something ugly.

I hear a buzz and look to my left, where the tree isn't blocking.

(I know some of you, or at least one of you thought that buzz was her phone, just wait XD)

I see the guy my landlord hired to mow my lawn starting up his lawnmower. That explains the buzz.

I go to the cabinet where my cereal is and get myself some Golden Grahams.

(Golden Grahams are life tbh)

I get a bowl out from a cabinet nearby and some milk from the fridge.

I pour the milk in the bowl and pour the cereal in, then grabbing a spoon and napkin taking my breakfast to my little square, four-person table.

I go get my work laptop and set it on the table staring it up.

My coffee maker beeps, signaling that my coffee is done.

I go get it and put it in my favorite mug, adding some milk, sugar, and some of my coffee mate stuff.

I walk to my table with my coffee grabbing a banana on the way.

By then my laptop has started up and while I eat breakfast I design shirts.

I check my phone. It reads:

Wow.

I've been working a long time.

Well, I have made 21 shirts though.

I shut my laptop off, I'll put off emailing the people their shirt designs till tomorrow.

I'm going to procrastinate and play Minecraft.

I go and put up my work laptop, and I get my gaming one.

I start it up and load up Minecraft, jumping onto mc.sparkade.net.

I played some games for about an hour and heard a buzz.

I looked down and it was my phone.

I picked it up to see who texted me.....

Hey guys! What do you think about this chapter? I tried to make a cliffhanger at the end. I'm sorry it's short but whatever.
