Chapter 2: The falling

Later that day...

Guess dad's coming home late today finishing the pot of noodles and putting it on top of the side of the bed drawers. The bed was in the middle of the room the front bit touching the wall. One side of the bed there were the white side drawers. On the other side of the bed there was a desk touching the wall. The room had two doors. One leading out to the hallway & the other one into a little balcony. Near the desk there was a white wardrobe with red door handles. Most things in my room were red & white. Even the duvets were red & white. On the bed I had the main two pillows & three other pillows for decoration. The middle one has my name on it was given by my mother. How I miss her. I laid down on my bed looking at the time. It was nearly ten now. I hugged my pillow & events that happened today kept coming in my mind. One person in particular kept appearing. His cute puppy eyes...his bow lips...his pout... I closed my eyes smiling. "WHAT THE HELL?" quickly jumping out of my bed. "What was that thought? No, no. No, no, no, no, no! It can't be! I can't! I mean him?! Why?! No, no, no. no! I'm - ridiculous I can't possibly... let me just check Facebook I'll calm down after reading random stuff." *BEEP!* Oooh a message. My eyes widened when I saw who was messaging... Jonghyun?! What, why would he be messaging me? My curiosity took over me it was only a simple hey & how are you.

Jonghyun: annyeonghaseyo, how you doing?

y/n: annyeonghaseyo, I'm good thanks... why you asking? Anything wrong?

Jonghyun: Wow I just wanted to start a conversation & see if you were ok :(

[Name]: Oh sorry, but why you asking. You saw me at lunch -.-

Jonghyun: Again just tried starting a conversation sorry :(

[Name]: Please stop with those sad faces, I am good how are you?

Jonghyun: :O Finally succeeded to get the conversation flowing with you! Whoop whoop! And I am great! Single & freeee ~

After reading that my eyes widened... Single? He's single? I could feel my lips curling into a smile. After reading that three more times I knew. It wasn't my mind & heart playing tricks on me. It was real. I - I - I fell in love. I've fallen for Jonghyun... How? I still have no idea. *BEEP!*

Jonghyun: Hello? You still there?

y/n: So sorry I forgot I went to get something I'm back. :)

Jonghyun: Good! I don't like waiting xD

y/n: He he sorry. So what happened to you & Lisa?

Jonghyun: Oh. We broke up I dumped her. I knew she was mean but I didn't know she was horrible. So yeah I just broke it off.

y/n: Oh. I'm sorry to hear that. But wait you didn't know? Everyone knows how she is.

Jonghyun: Yeah but I thought she could be nice & change I was wrong xD And don't sweat it! I've had my eyes on someone else for a while now. I just hope I can get her :)

y/n: Oh? You like someone? Can I know who she is? :o

My heart was beating out of my chest as soon as my thumb hit sent. Could it be me? Does he like me too? Oh what am I thinking. We're not even that close... but could it be...? *BEEP!*

Jonghyun: Ha ha wouldn't you like to know? I could tell you or I could not ;)

y/n: :O Don't be cheeky! Hmph! I'm sleepy now night. -.-

Jonghyun: Awh c'mon! I'm sworry :c Goodnight :3

I didn't bother replying I just covered myself in my warm duvet & slowly closing my eyes with a smile plastered on my face.

As the days went by Jonghyun & I got closer. We became really good friends, we ended up becoming best friends. Of course Mi-Cha was still my best friend but he was a close second. We'd have stupid little moments like having water fights on a hot day. Or get some ice cream at the park. Of course we had little petty meaningless arguments but we always made up. We even got that close that we went to each other's houses. Playing video games, watching movies, helping each other with homework & generally just hanging out. His mum & sister loved me. They were so kind & welcoming when I first went over but I felt right at home However his dad was a bit scary. I don't think he likes me at all. Obviously I was nervous that day. I mean going over at your crush's house for the first time & meeting his family is huge. I nearly passed out from how freaked out I was. But it all went smoothly. Thank God! Everything was going great & smoothly till one day... That day crushed me.
