Chapter 67 (Bonus)

(Since I kinda don't want to do Lost World because I don't think I could make it interesting, so we are cool with just skipping to Forces yeah? Yeah. But before I get to Forces, I figured I would use this Chapter to write some little goofs and gags.)

(Goof 1) (Readers POV)

Me and Sonia are sitting in my living room, playing some games.

(Y/N): Dang. You beat me again.

Sonia: What can I say? It helps having reflexes as fast as mine.

I thought about what to do next. An idea popped into my head as I turned to look at Sonia.

(Y/N): Maybe we can invite some of our friends over? See if they'll want to play too.

Sonia thought about it for a moment before nodding her head. I started to call people to see if they wanted to hang out. Sadly most people were busy with other things, so only Tails, Amy, and surprisingly enough Shadow showed up to my apartment.

Amy: Thank you for inviting us over, (Y/N).

(Y/N): It's no problem. I'm surprised you actually showed up, Shadow.

She crossed her arms.

Shadow: I haven't been assigned any mission. I'm only doing this to kill the time.

Tails: So what are we going to do?

Sonia: Me and (Y/N) were just playing some games, so we can continue to do that.

Tails: That does sound like fun.

Shadow: Hmm.

We all got sat down on my couch as I was scrolling through the games I have downloaded on my console.

(Y/N): I don't have much games, but the ones I do have are good.

Amy: Oh, is Super Monkey Ball multiplayer?

(Y/N): I think so. Let me check.

I started the game and waited for it to load. After a little bit, the game came on and was on the title screen. Before I could hit start, I saw Shadow stand up.

Shadow: What is this?

Sonia: It's... Super Monkey Ball.

Shadow: Those monkeys need to put on some pants! I refuse to play a game with such scandalous dressed characters!

Huh... I never thought Shadow carried about that kind of thing.

(Goof 2)

Me and Sonia are walking through a city, going on a small date. Me and her are holding hands as we walked down the sidewalk.

Sonia: This is nice, taking this nice and slow.

(Y/N): Oh? I thought you like to do things fast?

Sonia: Sometimes you have to stop and smell the flowers.

As we enjoyed our time together, I couldn't help but get this feeling that we are being watched. I stopped and looked around, but didn't see anyone out of the ordinary.

Sonia: (Y/N). Is something wrong?

I looked back at Sonia and saw that she has a concerned look on her face.

(Y/N): It's nothing. Sorry.

Sonia: ...Alright, if you say so.

We continued to walk, going to places to either relax or buy something. I still couldn't shake the strange feeling of being watched by someone, but I tried to ignore since I didn't want to ruin the date I'm on with Sonia by being paranoid. Me and Sonia ended up in a park and are sitting on a bench. I had an arm wrapped around Sonia, holding her close as she rested her head on my shoulder.
