Chapter # 15

Shraddha's POV
Next day when I woke up I checked my phone and saw that I received a text message I checked the message and it said.
"Poor you!!! I hope Varun did not die but I'll not leave him till he dies and I get you. By the way you know who I am right. Take care beauty queen."
I read the message and I was very scared that only because of me Varun is in danger. What should I do? Should I tell someone about the message? I am so confused and scared. God please help me. I then just closed my eyes and listened to my heart. My heart said to tell everything to my friends. What if this message leads them to Punit I have to tell this to everyone. I forwarded this message to Pari and added that Punit sent it. Then my phone started ringing and saw Pari's name flashing on the screen. I received the call immediately. "Shraddha from which number he sent this message? You know we can track him with the help of this number." Pari said. "It's an unknown number and I am very scared Pari. What if he again hurts Varun?" I said and a tear escaped from my eye. "Message me the number. Me and Sid are going to inform this to the police." Pari said. "Ok." I said. I send the number to Pari. I heard a knock on my door. "Come in." I said wiping my tears because I don't wanted anyone to see me crying. Varun entered and nurse left him in my room. Now I know he will read my face and will ask what's bothering me. "Shraddha what happened you look worried?" Varun asked. "You cried? Who made you cry?" Varun said angrily trying to stand up from his wheelchair. "Varun please relax I am not worried. Nothing happened baby." I said. "Enough of your lying. You don't know how to lie to me. Now tell me everything." Varun said cupping my face in his hands. "Punit messaged me." I said. Then I showed him the message. "Varun baby I don't want you to get hurt because of me." I said kissing his hand. "Never think that I get hurt because of you. In fact you got hurt because of me. Just look at you." He said taking my hands in his. I was holding my tears but as soon as I looked into his eyes I burst into tears. My phone started to ring it was Pari so I picked it up. "Hey Pari any news?" I asked her in a cracking voice. "Are you crying Shraddha? Don't cry my sister. We will get to Punit. Nothing will happen to you and Varun." She said and her words comforted me a little. "Did the police got any information about Punit?" I asked. "Yeah the police have tracked a place from that number." Pari said in a happy tone. "The police are going to that place. Hope they find that freak." Pari added. "That's a great news inform me if there's any update." I replied. "Okay. So tell me how's Varun?" She asked. "He's fine. You want to talk he's with me?" I asked. "No I will come to visit you two then we will talk." She replied. "K then bye." I said. "Take care bye." She replied. "You talk so much." Varun said with a smirk on his face. "You know I don't like girls who talk so much." He said in a teasing tone. "Is that so then I will not talk. Okay with you?" I asked teasing him back. "You can't do that I know you can't be silent." He said with a smirk. I didn't replied to him I decided to tease him.
Varun's POV
Why is she not replying? Oh she's trying to prove that she can remain silent. "Shraddha you're not talking to me." I said and again she didn't reply. "So much attitude girl. I love you for that." I said trying to make her talk but she ignored me. She looks so cute when she gets mad at me. She was looking in her purse so I snatched it. She gave me a death glare. "My cutie girl." I said pulling her cheek. I started to look into her purse. She tried to take her purse back but I moved it the other side. I found a letter in her purse and began reading it. "My Shraddhu you bring light in my life. My day don't starts till I see your face. I want you in my...." I was reading but Shraddha tried to snatch it. I moved my wheelchair so she can't get the letter. I started reading it again. "You are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. I wanted to ask you on a date. Will you come with me Shraddhu? I am yours only yours Chandu Prasad." The letter finished and I looked at Shraddha with a weird expression. "Seriously Chandu Prasad?" I asked making a disgusted face. We first looked at each other then burst out laughing. Finally we got back in our senses. "He was actually quite cute but I was so disturbed by your dreams that I never considered someone else for myself." Shraddha said smiling wide. Seeing her smile made me smile. "He was a very good friend so I saved this letter and I always carry it in my bag but you stupid read it." Shraddha added hitting my arm playfully. "You wanted to hide it from me?" I said raising my eyebrows. "No not at all I know you trust me." Shraddha said and I smiled. "I think someone forgot that they were not talking to me" I said winking at her. "Oh shit!! I really forgot that I was not talking to you." Shraddha said. "So I win you lose." I said smirking and she nodded. "Now I want my reward." I added. "Okay what do you want?" Shraddha asked. I closed my eyes and forwarded my cheek to peck on it but instead of pecking she slapped my cheek and laughed and I frowned. "You wanted this right?" She said and giggled. "You know how much I am hating this?" I said with a frown. "Awww don't cry cute little baby." She said like a baby and again started to giggle. I didn't reply I knew she will react if I ignore her. "Baby is turning red from anger. Awww looking so cute." She again said like a baby. I was controlling my laugh because her way of talking was so funny. I turned my face and ignored her. "I am going to my room." I said and she laughed. I was actually doing all this to hear this laughter. "Yeah yeah very funny." I said trying not to laugh but a smile formed on my face and I also began to laugh. "Okay baby come here I will give what you want." She again said like a baby. I got close to her and she kissed my cheek. I then kissed her forehead. "How's your wound?" Shraddha asked me. "It's fine but sometimes it hurts." I replied. "You tell how are you?" I asked her. "Oh I am perfectly fine and the doctor said that I can walk a little." Shraddha said and I sighed in relief. "Oh and I am getting discharged today." She added. "Good and I will also get discharged tomorrow." I replied with a smile. "Varun police have great hopes..." She was saying something but her phone ringed so she looked at it. "It's Pari." She said. "Put it on speaker." I said and she nodded. "Hey Pari." We both said in unison. "Hi guys. Actually I have a bad news." Pari said and we got worried. "What is it?" I asked. "The number from which Shraddha got the message was not of Punit. He actually took someone's phone and messaged Shraddha and threw it away." She said me and Shraddha looked at each other with worried expressions. "Now what will we do?" Shraddha said freaking out. "Listen girl there's more." Pari said.
