You stretch while admiring the clouds and sunrise as you continue to wake up after the most restful night of sleep you've had in a while. The Berserker's had invited you all to a graduation ceremony, so that meant it was wings in the air early to be there on time.
Mischief chirps a little, nudging you to wake.
"Yes, thank you, buddy." You say, and Mischief moves away a little, just so he doesn't knock you off.
You scratch Nyra's scales with a little smile as Fishlegs reads the invitation, "' The cordially invite you to be their honoured guests at the inaugural Berserker Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony'."
"Guys, Berserker Island. I'm so excited to see where Heather comes from." Fishlegs gushes, probably the most awake out of everyone right now.
"And Dagur." Hiccup adds, "You know, they say you can learn a lot about people by tracing their place of origin."
"Legend has it the old Nut family tree originated with the wild albino snow monkeys of the Northern Territories," Tuffnut informs everyone as Ruffnut does a monkey impression.
"Look, guys. I'm a monkey."
"Case in point," Astrid tells her, making Ruff stop before explaining.
"I'm just excited for the party. Nothing like a good graduation celebration." Tuff side eyes her during her explanation.
"I've crashed my fair share." Ruff reasons, and then they both start doing monkey impressions.
Meanwhile, as Fishlegs reads over the invitation with a thoughtful expression, Snotlout snatches it from his hands.
"You dragged us out of bed for this?" Snotlout asks, irritated that his sleep was interrupted at all.
"You're just mad because Dagur doesn't like you." Fishlegs retorts, making you chuckle under your breath.
"He likes me, Fishface." Snotlout shoots back.
"Yeah, Fishlegs." Astrid starts.
"Thank you, Astrid."
"You can't dislike someone you don't know is alive." Astrid finishes with a smile, and Snotlout's pleased look turns sour.
"Shut up, Astrid."
"Now, guys, this is the first time we've been asked to Berserker Island." Hiccup says, turning to face them all.
"So?" Snotlout asks boredly.
"So, no matter how weird or Berserky it gets, just try to stay calm." Hiccup explains, but the twins look at each other with confusion.
"Why would anyone stay calm on Berserker Island? Doesn't make any sense." Tuff says to his twin, and you turn to them.
"What we mean is, best behaviour. Okay?"

As the group fly past catapults on the sea stacks, you can see the men who have armed them guiding you to a landing. They land, and you and Hiccup walk across the bridge while you promptly ignore whatever Tuff is spitting at behind you.
At the sound of footsteps, the guard manning a table with a list on it wakes up.
"Welcome to Berserker Island, where dreams become realities." The guard greets you boredly, and you feel a little sorry for him getting stuck here.
The guard holds up the list, "Name?"
Pulling himself together a bit quicker, Hiccup answers first.
"Haddock, H-Hiccup."
