I can't believe this Jane just broke up with Casey and now she could be pregnant. I never could have expected this to happen.
I look up at Jane and I have never seen her so scared before. I take a deep breath and she asks me "what do I do Maura?"
I smile and say "don't worry we can do this together"
"How far along do you think you are?" I asked.
She said "I don't know"
"Why don't we book an appointment to find out" I suggested.
"Sure, will you come with me?" She said.
"Jane, I will be there every step " I told her.
She said "I don't know what I would do without you" and hugged me.
Jane called a doctor that was where nobody would know us as Jane said she didn't want anyone to know yet.
She got an appointment for 7am as we have to go before work if we don't want them to find out.
