A bullet is fired
Horses are reared
The war that was desired
Is what I feared
Men are dying everyday
Men we may or may not know
They don't have a say
And morale is always low
Their comrades fall beside them
And lay there in agony
They wish they could save them
But their wounds are too deadly
Why did this cursed war start
Where so many die
It causes pain to many hearts
And smoke fills the sky
Why won't someone end this war
It's brought so much pain
Someone please end this war
It has brought too many into Death's domain
