Chapter 19

A Long Night

*Evie's POV.*

The next day, I'm in a crabby mood. It's still only Harry and me here, which I still find strange. I want to ask Harry about it, but I'm too worried about tomorrow to speak. Or eat. Or sleep. Or do anything, basically.

"Evie why aren't you eating anything?" It's lunchtime, yet I'm not eating. I feel bad, because Harry made it fresh, but I can't eat or I might get sick. That's what nerves do to you.

"I'm not that hungry." I say with a shrug. Harry shakes his head.

"You have to eat something. Even if it's small. I can make you some soup...?" I shake my head.

"I'm fine." He frowns. 

"Are you sure?" He asks, looking worried and concerned. I nod my head. 

"Positive." I can't eat. And I won't. Not now, not for a while, until I can calm down, and I have less stress. He sighs, but doesn't say anything else after that.

"Let's watch a movie." It's nighttime, and I'm in my pajamas, cuddled up next to Harry on the couch. I'm super stressed about Vowls Night tomorrow. 

"Um...ok...." He puts in "Annabelle" and then cuddles next to me. He wraps his arms around me, and pulls me close to him, as the movie starts. Since it's another horror movie, I hide my face in his chest.

I hadn't realized I had fallen alseep, until I wake up in my bed. Actually, it's Harry's bed. I slowly sit up, and then, making me jump, Harry pops up out of no where. He smiles at my reaction. 

"Sorry love, didn't mean to scare you." He says. I glance around. 

"Why am I in here?" 

"Well, you fell alseep during the movie so I decided to bring you to my room." He shrugs. 

"Oh." Is all I say. 

Tomorrow flashes into my head. 

"Lay back down, you need to rest. Um...big night tomorrow..." I gulp and back up a bit. "Don't be afraid, ok? You need to be brave. Louis and I will be there with you. Unfortunetly, Zayn and Ariana have to take Camilla seperatly. But at least you'll have Louis and I, right?" He forces a smile. I have to give him credit for at least trying to make me feel better. I sigh, and run my hand through my hair nervously. 

"I don't think I'll be getting any sleep." I say. Harry's eyebrows furrow.

"Why would you say that?"

"Because I'm worried and stressed for tomorrow night." 

"Don't be."

"How an I not?" He sighs again. He seems to be doing that a lot lately. 

"It'll be fine, I promise." I shake my head and look down. 

"I can't believe that." 

"Why not?"

"Because it sounds awful." 

"Look, just get some rest, and we'll talk about it tomorrow, ok?" I shrug, looking down. He sits down next to me and pulls me into his arms. "Would you like me to stay here with you for the night?" I glance up at him. 

"Um...sure...." I say, blushing. He smiles, and then lays me down on the bed, tucking me in. He rips his shirt off, and starts to take off his pants...I close my eyes. 

"Harry you are not going naked!" I shriek. He chuckles. 

"Maybe...maybe not....you'll just have to open your eyes and find out." 

"Harry!" 

"Ok, ok, I'm not naked." 

"Oh yeah? And how do I know if you're telling the truth?" 

"Because I'm wearing my boxers." I feel his cold chest press against me. He grabs my hand, and presses it to his thigh, and sure enough he's wearing boxers. I gasp, at the contact he just made me do. But I slowly open my eyes. He smiles down at me. "See babe. Not naked." 

"Hmph." I huff. 

"Don't worry, we'll save that for another time." He says with a wink. I blush deeply and look away. 

"Harry?" 

"Yes love?" 

"Am I going to be ok tomorrow?" 

"Of course." 

"Promise?" 

"Promise." I close my eyes, and barrie my face into his bere chest. Hehas so many dark tattoos across his pale and toned chest. I press my hands against his abs, and he wraps his arms around me. I listen to the slow rise and falls of his breathing, and then soon drift to sleep as well.
