Dear Diary,
I was in very much pain today because of my leg. I don't know where Susan is, but I miss her because she was my best friend. Today, the hospital camp moved to a church and I learned that Susan was bad and that I had to stay away from her. I didn't want to stay away, so I looked for her. I saw her on the rocks by a river, but she didn't come to me when I called. I went back to the church and went to sleep.
