The New Orleans air was pleasant like she remembered, humid, but not too humid, chilly but not too chilly. The city had changed drastically since she last saw it. Then again almost a century could do that to a place.
She walked the streets and without even thinking about where her feet were taking her she ended up at the doors of a place she once called home. Her hand raised to knock as her heart beat rapidly. Rapidly enough for the original vampire family inside to hear. Rapidly enough for the love of her life to acknowledge.
A/N yeah so the originals is a great show and this is gonna take place during 2x14 and I'm gonna try and not mess up on the backstory of the show too much but basically Niklaus my psychotic puppy is my babe and I wanted to write a fic
