Walkers!

When Hershel wakes up
I walked down the stairs and grab a protein bar I walked towards Hershel's cell to see he was standing up on crutches with his daughters supporting him I laughed "about time" I joked he nodded "let's go outside I couldn't stand seeing that again" I nodded and walked beside him in case he falls we walked outside to see everybody doing their thing I saw Daryl and waved at him he smiled and nodded "way to go hershel" Glenn shouted we all laughed but that all changed when walkers came out of no where "walkers" Carl yell we looked and saw that their were dozens of them "Megan get out of there" I heard Daryl yell I began to run to Lori and Carl "come one go go go" I said pushing them into a gate and shutting it and running inside we were fast pacing the tomb but we ran to other walkers along the way I spotted a door and ran towards it I opened the door to see it was a boiler room "in here quickly" I screamed they all ran in and I shut the door just in time the walkers were banging on the door but after a few minutes they left I looked at Lori to see she was bent down I ran towards her "Lori what's wrong" she looked at me over her shoulder while Carl stood by us "the babies coming" I was wide eyed and nodded "okay let's get your pants off Carl turn around" Carl nodded and turned around while I unbuckled Loris pants really fast I finally got them off and she was leaning on the pipes "okay what now" I asked myself "I gotta push" Lori wheezed I nodded and she kept pushing and pushing until blood came out "Lori stop" I said taking my hands from under her to see the blood she laid down and Carl was by her head Lori was panting heavily "I need a c-section" I looked at her confused while she stared at the ceiling "how we don't have a knife" I asked she nodded "yeah we do Carl has one" she said looking at Carl Carl looked at his mom and took out and gave me his knife I nodded at him and Lori looked at me "if you pull my shirt up you will see a scar trace that scar and get the baby out" I looked at her crying "but your gonna die" she nodded and took deep breaths "Megan I want you to save the baby if you don't do anything you'll loose us both remember what you promised" she said I looked at her and remembered what she meant

End of flashback
I looked at her and nodded "alright" I said crying she smiled and she held me hand and kissed it she began to talk to Carl but I zoned out and thinking about Rick and Daryl what would Rick do if he lost his wife and alone with two kids what if Daryl dies when the walkers came out I got pulled back in when Carl was shaking me I shook my head and nodded and smiled reassuring him it's okay he nodded and held loris hand I took a deep breath and whispered "alright here we go" Lori looked up and whispered "goodnight my love" and I began to cut the scar loris scream was echoing around the room and into my brain I cried harder when I got finished cutting the scar I reached inside her belly to see if I can find the baby after a couple minutes I found its head and I gently pulled the baby out I held her and looked at Carl to see him looking at me "it's a girl" I said Carl just stared at his mom I listened for walkers but so far I heard none I looked at Carl and said "we have to go" I said standing up Carl stood up also and grabbed my arm "we can't just leave her here she'll turn" I looked at Carl then to Lori I nodded and told him "I'll be by the door" he looked down and walked over to his mother without saying a word or looking up I walked upstairs to cradle the baby when I heard the gunshot I flinched I looked over my shoulder to see Carl mad and opened the door and walked out I sighed and walked out to closing the door I looked around for walkers and took light steps that Daryl taught me in tracking and made my way outside. When I reached the door Carl was already by it he looked at me and sighed and spoke up "hey Megan" I looked at him "yeah" I questioned "can you please take care of Judith if anything happens to me or my father" I stared at him in shock and put my hand on his shoulder and stared deep into his eyes 100% serious "Carl nothing is going to happen to anybody I will make sure of that" he looked at me and said "you can't protect everyone" and walked off with me behind him thinking of what he said when he opened the door he looked at Rick then looked down I started crying when I saw Rick and the baby started crying also I cried harder when he was looking for Lori I walked up to him "Rick" he stared at me and in his eyes I can see him asking for Lori I looked down with Carl he walked over to Carl and Carl never looked up he got the hint and started crying I walked over to Daryl and he wrapped me in a hug with the baby between he gave me a kiss on the forehead and rocked us back and forth Rick was out of it he couldn't think straight in the head and Glenn was trying to get him out of it finally Rick got up and grabbed an axe and walked in where we came out from I felt eyes on me and looked to see Hershel was looking at me then he traveled down to the baby "give her to me" I nodded and gave her to him he checked her over "the baby looks healthy but not for long she needs formula" Daryl shook his head grabbing his crossbow "no not her I'm gonna run up and find formula" he said kissing my forehead and heading to his bike Maggie took a step forward "I'll go with you" she said Daryl looked at her and nodded and they both got on the bike and drove off to get formula for the little one 'don't worry little one I'm gonna take good care of you I'm gonna protect you with my life' I thought and made silly faces to her while walking inside with the rest of the group I smiled when she laughed "I'll make sure of it" I whispered staring deep into her eyes when she started playing with my hair.
