Chapter-3

At evening-

Amms: hum jaate hain beta..

Chachi: raat ko mein khana bhej dungi..kheyal rakhna apna..

Alya was holding the baby: uff i dont wanna go.. She is soo cutee!!

Everyone laughs..

Nandini: ayaan baby aap nanima ke ghar jaoge?

Ayaan: mein yaha rahunga na mamma..baby sister ko kuch hogaya toh?

Nandini: no baby! Hum hain na..aap bhi toh mera baby ho aur babies zyada der hospital mein nehi rehte hain..

Ayaan: otay mamma!

Ayaan hugged nandini: bye mamma! Take care

Nandinu: bye baby!

Nandini kissed his cheek

Ayaan then hugged manik: bye papa

Manik: bye buddy! Take care

Ayaan left with them..

Navya: nandini tujhe or kuch chahiye?

Nandini: kapre bhej dena..

Mukti: discharge kal hoga?

Manik: i dont know! Depends..

Navya: nandini you look very pale! Bohot dard hua?

Nandini: haan! Abhi bhi hain..

Aryaman: take care nandini!

Nandini smiled..

A nurse came in

Nurse: baby ko feed karna hain..

Everyone left after bidding farewell and manik went with them too,to get something to eat!

The nurse gave the baby to nandini and nandini sat up leaning with the bedrest..

Nurse: first time?

Nandini: no!

The nurse smiled and placed a pillow on nandini's lap and then nandini placed the baby on the pillow and started feeding her..

Manik came back soon..

Nurse: i will go now!

Manik sat infront of nandini..

The baby started crying suddenly..

Nandini: ohho! Kya hua aapko..

She started feeding her again..

Manik with a naughty smile: need help?

Nandini smiling: no its okay..

Manik lied down placing his head on the same pillow the baby was lieing..

Nandini: manik..

Manik: i am so tired

Nandini: tum tired? I cant move my body!

Manik: chilll.. Let 4 weeks go! Sab thik ho jayega

Nandini: 4 weeks?

Manik: haan uske baad toh we can do it na..

Nandini: manikk! Your dirty talks will never stop

Manik laughing: ofcourse not..

Nandini: manik take her..she is sleeping

Manik sat up and nandini carefully gave her to manik..

Manik placed her on the baby cot..

He kissed her forehead and then came and sat infront of nandini again..

Nandini was fixing her bra when manik moved his hand around her waist and pulled her closer..

Nandini: manik..

Manik moved closer and looked at her lips..

He pecked on her lips..

Manik moved his hand towards her bra and pulled it down fixing it and then her tshirt..

Nandini closed her eyes and then manik moved his lips closer again..

They were just about to kiss when someone came in and manik looked back..

Dhruv: sorry guyss!!

Manik: wow dhruv wow!!

Manik looked at nandini and then bent down resting his head on her shoulder,sitting infront of her!

Dhruv laughing: uncle tum dono ko kabse phone karrahe hain..lekin aap dono toh romance mein lage ho..

Nandini blushing: manik call dad na!

Manik: i sent him a picture! Wait

Manik called dev and he talked and congratulated both of them..

It was night soon and rishabh had come with food..

The three had dinner and rishabh went home after sometime..

Nandini took pain killers and she slept soon..

Manik lied down on the sofa..

Manik's pov: how much life has changed! (He looked out of the window) there was a day when i was just the dark sky! And now..so many stars in my life! And ofcourse my favourite star! Nandini! (He smiled) i hope i can always keep all of them safe!

Manik closed his eyes with a smile and soon slept too..

The baby woke up many times during the night..

Manik took her to nandini and nandini was half asleep while feeding her..

Manik took care of everything and made her sleep again..

Such a cute father he was!

Next day- 12 am

Doctor: the reports and everything are normal! Discharge papers are ready! Nandini take care of urself and dont walk much and take your medicines ofcourse timely! The pain will be gone soon! Feed the baby in every 2 hours and only breastmilk nothing else! And be careful while making her take a shower..and its winter so keep her wrapped up! No catching cold! And...

Nandini laughing: we know everything!

Doctor: ofcourse u do! I said the same things some years back!

The doctor laughed: chalo bye! Amazing family u have nandini! Take care! Check up after a month

Nandini: thankyou so much doctor!

Doctor: i hope i stay for your next baby too!

Nandinu: next? In dono ko toh bare hone do..

Doctor laughs and leaves soon..

Manik completes all the discharge formalities and nandini changes to a pink loose tshirt with a white cardigan on top and black pants..

Navya,alya,dhruv and cabir came to the hospital to take them and they left for their home soon..
