Nandini woke up at 5 and went to take a shower..
After sometime manik woke up too..

Manik: nandinii..

Manik lied down on his stomach and kept calling nandini..

Nandini came out wrapping a towel around covering upper part of her body..

Nandini: kya hain manik? You know i am taking a shower still you wont stop calling me..

Manik: come back to sleep..

Nandini: manik wake up and get ready..pooja ke liye we cant be late

Manik: comee

Nandini: manikk..fast..

Manik turned around and looked at her..

Manik: acha come here..

Nandini: kyu?

Manik: there is something in your face..come na..

Nandini went and sat beside him..

Nandini: kya hain?

Manik held her arm and pulled her down making nandini lie down beside him..

Nandini: arghhh manikkk!

Manik: its your birthday today..so its just going to be you and me..

Nandini: manik malhotra! It is not important to say that everytime..

Manik: yeah? It is..

Nandini: no i dont think so..

Manik moved his hand to her towel but nandini held his hand..

Nandini: manikkk..stop it..and get up..

Nandini sat up..

Nandini: be a good boy..

Manik: acha?

Nandini: yess..

Manik pulled her towel open..

Nandini turned around looking at him

Nandini: what is wrong with you give it back to me..

Manik moved his hand away and nandini tried to get the towel..

Manik: nope.. A bit harder..

Nandini tried and she was literally above manik..

They both looked at each other and smiled and manik moved his lips towards nandini's one..

Nandini smiled an pecked on his lips and got up..

Manik: what..come

Nandini: no..some other time.. Birthday girl needs to think about it..

Manik stood up

Manik: really?

Nandini took her dress and ran to the washroom laughing..

Manik: mein ayaan aur myrah ko dekhke ata hoon..

Nandini: okayy..

Manik went to their room..

Ayaan was not there but myrah was still sleeping..

Manik went out..

Manik: anna ayaan ko dekha?

Anna: nehi..

Manik: kaha chala gaya..

Manik ran to the guests room to check if ayaan was there but he was nowhere..

Manik the  went to the balcony..ayaan was not there either but then he looked at the beachside to see ayaan sitting with cabir on the sand..

Manik: ohh..thankgod!

Manik was breathing heavily and he went to the kitchen to get some water..

Manik entered to see amms making payasam..

Amms: uth gaye tum dono?

Manik: haan amms..woh pani..

Amms: haan..vishwa..

Manik: nehi nehi..its okay mein le leta hoon..

Amms smiled..

Manik poured water in a glass..

Manik: amms aapko bukhar hain na? Rest karna chahiye aapko..

Amms: rest toh karti hi hoon..nandu itne saalo baad mere saath uski birthday mana rahi hain..uski favourite payasam banane ke liye mujhe kuch nehi rokh sakta..

Manik smiled..

Amms: waise manik..8 years pehle mene ek decision liyi thi..tumhari aur nandini ki shaadi ke liye i agreed..decision mene bohot jaldi liyi thi..but when i see you and nandini now..it makes me proud..i took the best decision of my life..

Manik got so nervous he started sweating so much..

Manik: thankyou amms..

Amms smiled..

Manik quickly went out of the kitchen and outside the house to the beach side..

Manik came and sat beside ayaan..

Manik: can you believe..amms just said she is proud that she agreed for our marriage?

Cabir: toh? She should be..

Manik: i know but unhone kabhi mere bare mein mujhe acha nehi bola..

Cabir started laughing..

Ayaan: kya hua?

Manik: ohh hello you! Good evening buddy

Ayaan: good evening papa..

Manik: so what you guys doing here?

Cabir: we both needed fresh air..

Manik: ohh..

Ayaan: cabir chachu was telling me how this ocean relates with our life..

Manik: acha? Mujhe bhi bolo..

Ayaan: papa...like these waves..humare lifes mein bhi ups and downs hota hain na?

Manik: haan..

Ayaan: mere life ka ups hain jab mein aap sab ke saath rehta hoon..aur downs hain woh incident..school wala..

Cabir and manik were both looking at ayaan..

Cabir: wow champ! You are very smart..

Ayaan smiled..

Manik: haan..hum e toh bata nehi chala how our ayaan grew up so fast..

Dhruv came too and sat infront of ayaan facing him..

Dhruv: who grew up so much?

Cabir: ayaan..

Dhruv: ohhh..junior buddy..i know that..

Manik: buddy do you remember when we were as old as ayaan? We used to play all day..

Dhruv: yeahh..thats where ayaan gets it from..

Ayaan: aryan bhi hoga na aapke tarha chachu?

Dhruv: lets see..

Ayaan: because i need a buddy too..

The three laughed..

Cabir: am i not enough?

Ayaan: aap toh bug buddy..small buddy chahiye..

Manik: so much demands huh?

They laughed again..

The 4 talked as manik,dhruv and cabir told ayaan their old stories and ayaan enjoyed the most listening to them all..he enjoyed when he got to know so many stuffs about his father..after all manik malhotra was his role model!
