In this sequel, you will be playing Dean's best friend (of course, besides Sam and Castiel).

And, this is a spin-off (kind of) of the first part of "On".

Enjoy

Day 1:

Dean came back today, he was drunk. Usually, he'd come back with a little alcohol in his veins, but today... today was different.

His walk was shaky and hesitant, his smirk was awkward and tasteless, and above all, his eyes were dejected and desolate.

Whoever this man was needed help, because it definitely wasn't Dean.

Day 2:

Sam came back today. He had scars all over his body, but Castiel was quick to heal him. Dean was drunk, in an alcoholic kind of way.

You start to get worried about Dean, because him being drunk used to be a funny thing. But now, you are weary that this will become normal.

Day 3:

Dean didn't come back today.

Day 4:

Dean did come back today. But his voice is condescending and his demeanor was intimidating. He was coming up on you, hinting you to give yourself to him. But as the strong woman you were, nothing--including the alcoholic sent from his breath--could make you give into his drunken seduction.

Day 5:

Dean was violent today. Sam was trying to calm him down and Dean grabbed the empty Budweiser bottle and smashed it on his head. Castiel was still there to heal him, but no healing can undo what Dean has done.

Day 6:

Dean hit the car today. Here's the damage:

3 windows busted

2 doors dented

4 wheels popped, kicked, and cut.

1 trunk severely damaged.

Day 7:
Dean confesses to wanting to stop. He actually came home sober today. You both hugged and made a plan to end this disease.

Day 8:

The best day from these last 8. Sober, happy, and peaceful, just the way you liked it. Sam came back, untouched (for once). And Castiel came as well, surprised that he didn't have to heal Sam.

Day 9:

Dean wasn't sober today. Wasted is an understatement. He walked in shit-faced and it was obvious he got in a bar fight. His nose and bottom lip were bleeding, bruises cascaded down his cheekbones and the sides of his face, Dean was hurt badly. You've decided, you're calling a rehab center. Dean needs help, and unfortunately, you're the one who is going to have to help him.

Day 10:

Hi... this is Sam. Um, I found this journal that belongs to y/n and since one day she might want to remember this, I'll fill in for her.

So, today Dean came back and he was drunk, again, and y/n confessed to calling the Rehab Center. Unfortunately, she didn't realize that Dean was drunk, and after she told him he stormed off. A few seconds later there were car horns blowing and she ran out, wondering what was going on. I followed behind, and we both saw Dean laying on the ground in front of a car who had just hit him.

Um, sorry I'll finish this later...

Sam never finished it.

Day 38:

Its been 28 days, 4 weeks, and about a month since Dean passed. And as guilt still runs through me, here are the actual accounts of what happened.

Day 10:

"Dean, I need to tell you something." He seemed better. After a week of this, nearly any mood seemed better.

"What." He says it forcefully. There was no question asked, at this point, everything went through one ear and out the other. He wasn't better.

"I called the Alcoholic's Rehabilitation Center, I think you need to check it out." You feel the anxiety in your voice. What will he do? Is he going to retaliate by yelling? Hitting? Leaving?

"You what?! I'm done." His legs move faster than his car--given if is car was still one piece--and the green eyes you've always loved walk out the door. As he walks away, Dean yells from outside, "What is my life anyway?! After every effort to love someone all I get in repayment is this! Friends who can't support me! Family who can't accept what I am going through!"

Friends who can't support him? You've been more supportive than his own brother. Sam said that this was a phase, but it's more than that. You were the one there when his car was busted, you were the one there when both of the girls he has loved had to forget about him, you were the one.

You rush outside after hearing multiple car horns go off and Sam isn't hesitant to follow behind you. About twenty yards away, Dean lay on the warm pavement in front of the car with a Dean-sized dent on the hood.

No, Dean had gotten hit.

You run to him, faster than you've ever run, and elevate his upper body in your arms. His hair lay messily and his eyes are bloodshot. He swallows a few times and when he lets out a breath, all you sense is his alcoholic luster.

"Dean, are... Are you okay?" No, he obviously isn't.

"No. And no matter how much you care, or how much I don't feel-" he trails off.

His bruises from the bar fight begin to disappear, his body starts to heal, and his drunken aura leaves.

"You're hallucinating," you say to yourself. His perfect essence flooded your head and you felt tears fill your eyes.

"I," everything returns. Dean's bruises show up again, his body becomes weak, and his eyes look gloomy, "I can never, ever, forgive you for what you've done."

What you've done? You've only dealt with his problems and faced them for him. You've only held his hand through moments where he can't feel. You are the person who kept Dean grounded.

But, in the midst of thinking about what you meant to Dean, his head fell limp and his body shriveled from the weak state is was just in.

Dean Winchester, the man from the bar, the hunter, the brother, and the loyal son, died in your arms, unforgiving of something you never did.
