Rachel pulled me away and marched me around the mob surrounding the bronze dragon and its riders. we eventually stopped at her cave.

"What did you think you were doing?!"

"walking around the forest. until Fred died"

"Fred, who's Fred?"

"a giant ant."

"What?"

"Fred is a giant ant, and the bronze dragon squished him." i stared at her "and then i felt a rush of air form his body and a chill that felt like frost."

"okay..." she looked worried and almost scared

"are you okay?"

"i don- i'm fine." she closed her mouth and turned away from me.

"did i do something wrong?"

"YES!"

"what did i do?" to that Rachel stormed into her cave and didn't come out.

people. they're so hard to live with.

"SETH!"

"NICO WANTS YOU."

"IN THE SWORD ARENA, WITH ME" and I set off towards the sword arena, to see nico throwing a shield to Mrs. O'Leary like a Frisbee.

"Seth, did something die in the forest?"

"yeah."

"what was it?"

"Fred... odd name" he turned to me and asked "did you feel anything when he died?"

"yeah, like a rush of air and a chill did you feel it?"

"i can sense that kind of thing."

"so i can too. and how is that a good thing?"

"it really isn't" then nico left and i started playing with Mrs. O'Leary.
