"Cam move!" I pushed Cam away from me as we chilled on the couch. "Why you tripping Diamond? You act like we ain't never fuck before." I gave him a stern look. "That was before I got with Josiah, and before we found out we was cousins." He smacked his teeth. "Man we not blood cousins, we cousins through marriage. Don't know whats so special about Siah. you didn't let me hit without a condom." I rolled my eyes. "I want to be with Siah, I don't want to be with you." He shook his head and got off the couch. "You want to be with him but he doesn't know I've hit it too." I watched as he walked out our aunts house. I called Siah to check on Ja'Nova, he didn't answer. I put my attention back towards the TV until I felt my phone buzz from Jas calling.
"Where you at Diamond?" I sat up at the alertness of Jas voice. "My aunt house. I called Siah but he didn't answer." I heard Jas sigh through the phone. "That's cause the police done came up here and locked his ass up." I jumped up off the couch. "For what Jas?!" I put my shoes on. "I don't know. I sent Zoe to the police station, she has a friend that work the desk. She'll give her information before she give me information." I sat on the couch as I felt my heart pounding. "I hope Josiah not in no mess that'll get him stuck in there." Jas and I both sat on the phone quiet. "This Zoe calling, let me call you back." We hung up and I sat there. I can't even bring myself to cry. I don't know what to feel, I'm empty. He know we got this baby and he's locked up for God knows what. I just pray it's nothing to serious. I pray my daughter won't grow up without her dad cause of his stupid decisions.
