More Than A Memory

Chapter 5

Josh was excited, he was just boarding the plane to head to Toronto. He hadn't seen his boys in four months. He talked to them on the phone, and skyped every other day when he could. He and the guys just got back from a tour in the US, and were on a break for a few weeks then they started a Canadian tour.

So many things had changed, he broke things of completely with Cassandra because it was going no where, he stopped sleeping around with random woman. He didn't like who he was becoming. After he had the converstion with Ella about how sorry she was for how she was acting towards him, and the anger that she had towards him, made him realize she had every right to feel that way. He was a jerk.

He couldn't be happier. He had meant a beautiful young lady at a coffee shop one night in Vancouver and they hit it off. They had been dating for three months, and he was head over heals in love with her. She was fresh and full of life. She was sweet and very independent. She was petite and beautiful blonde hair, pretty blue eyes and perfect pale skin and she was his.

"Darling I am so excited to meet your boys." she said leaning into his arm.

He smiled at her. "They are going to love you." he said kissing her forehead. "They are a handful I don't know how their mother keeps them in line. Ben helps her alot."

"Ben? Is that her boyfriend or husband?"

Josh laughed. "Uh No, he is her best friend and he has been by her side for everything. You will love him too."

"That is strange. They live together?"

"He is gay. He thinks I am gorgeous."

She smiled at him. "You are Darling. I love you."

"I love you very much too Lauren." he reached down and took her hand in his, straigthened the diamond on her finger that he had put there a month ago.

"Do you think Ella will like me?" Lauren started then stoped and looked at him with big eyes. "You did tell her I was coming? She knows about us?"

"Ofcourse. She is fine with it." Josh said fastening his seat before the plane took off. His and Ella relationship was better now. They talked on the phone often, and texted each other from time to time. Yes he was still crazy about her, he would always love her. That would never change. He did learn to love again, and this beautiful woman beside him was proof. He wanted to spend the rest of their lives together, have babies and help raise his boys.

"I am nervous."

Josh squeezed her hand. "Don't be."

She leaned her head on his arm and closed her eyes.

Josh smiled, he couldn't be more happier than he was at this moment.

"I can't believe he is engaged to her already." Ella said shoving a spoonful of ice cream in her mouth. She sat beside Ben on the sofa, watching a movie.

"He loves her Ella."

Ella rolled her eyes.

"You are jealous."

"Ofcourse I am jealous." she said looking at Ben. "He is the love of my life. I am going to be jealous of any woman in his life." she said shoving anohter spoonful of ice cream in her mouth. "Are they getting married soon?"

Ben looked at Ella not saying anything.

"UGH......when? He barley knows her."

"L he barley knew you when you got pregnant."
