Things fell into a comfortable routine for Josh and Ella and the boys. Josh and the marianas trench were working on a new album and Ella was taking care of the animals that were her children. It had been almost three months since the wedding, Ella still coudln't believe she was married. Josh was her life, he always had been from the moment they got involved.
She sat out on the deck, Bennie at her feet. She had a blanket wrapped around her and her tea warming her hands. It was spring but it didn't feel like it yet, Vaconcouver was usually warmer than it had been the last several days. Ellla needed the fresh air, she needed something to clear her head.
She was happy with her life but she just felt like something was missing. She knew what it was, she was just keeping it to herself. She desperatly wanted a baby. She couldn't have anymore children, which made her heart hurt. Her boys were almost eight years old.
She had been researching and looking for a woman that would carry her and Josh's baby, she had not spoken a word of it to Josh yet as he would just blow it off telling her she was crazy, they had everything they needed.
Her being a nurse knew it could happen, they could take her eggs, a sample from Josh, and fertilze the egg and implant inot a surogret to carry their baby for nine months. She wanted this more than anything but she was just so scared to talk to Josh about it. He would be home soon, the boys had been in bed for an hour, and it was dark out now.
"Come on Bennie lets go inside."
Ella got up and went into the house, closing the door behind her once Bennie was in as well. She sighed sitting on the couch, she notices Bennie's ears perk up.
"Is it dad? Is he home?" Ella asked the black lab who took off for the door. Moments later her blonde/blue haired husband came through the door.
"Hey Bennie." he said happily patting his dog. "Such a good girl" he cooed at her. Josh was so sweet with that dog. He loved her dearly. He finsihed greeting his dog, took of his shoes and coat and procedding into the living area. "Hey sweetheart." he said coming over to Ella and englufing her in his arms as he sat beside her. "How was your day?"
"Just like a three ring cirucs." she chuckled.
"Boys that bad huh?"
"Not bad really just busy." she said loving how his arms felt wrapped around her. "How was your day babe."
"Amazing. I am so pumped to get this new album out and back on the road. I am aching to do things again."
Ella sighed "I hate the road part of it."
Josh pulled back to look at his wife. He looked into her eyes. "Sweetheart it won't be the same. I am married to you now. Nothing will ever come between us again I promise. I love you."
"I love you too Josh." she said pushing his blue bangs back from his face. "I like your hair darker."
"You and half the fan base." he joked. "I like it this way."
Ella rolled her eyes. "So I have been thinking." she started slowly looking at Josh.
"Okay." he said nervoulsy pulling back from her.
"I want a baby."
"A baby?" Josh asked furrowing his brow. "You can't have anymore children sweetheart."
"I have been doing some research, and they can harvest my eggs and take your sperm and put them together, then we need to find a younge woman to carry our baby for nine months."
Josh sighed running his hand over the back of his neck. "El I don't think that would be a great idea, especially with me being in the business I am. How could we trust someone."
