Fairy Tail: The Mysterious Girl

Natsu's Arrival

Time skip 1 year later--

"Laxus! Fight me!"

"Be quiet brat."

I could here Laxus through the doors of the guild. I don't recognize the other voice though, maybe it's a new member again. Laxus has been telling me that it's been getting kind of crowded lately. First Gray, then Erza...there's even a little girl named Cana.

I walked through the entrance to a very loud and lively guild. I wasn't even standing there for 3 seconds before I saw something come flying toward me out of the corner of my eye. I dropped to the ground almost immediately. Then I saw what used to be a wooden table land somewhere behind me.

"Oi! Take it outside already!"

Laxus! That was Laxus's voice. I looked up from where I was and spotted the tall blonde boy yelling angrily at a smaller pink haired boy. I walked toward him casually, I was slightly blushing.

"Hey Laxus, where's grandpa Makarov?"

"Huh? (Y/n), how long have you been standing there?"

"Not long..."

He looked at me with surprise and I giggled to myself. I didn't notice his slight blush. Suddenly, I felt a tug on my skirt and looked down. The pink haired boy was tugging my skirt while trying to tell me something.

"Big sis...have you ever met a dragon?"

"...n-no I haven't."

...maybe I shouldn't have lied, but I couldn't risk telling this kid.

"Whats your name?"

"Natsu Dragneel, who are you?"

"I'm (y/n)."

I was having fun talking to this kid. I had no idea that he was only a year younger than me, but he was so small and cute. I felt something warm wrap around my shoulders and pull me into an embrace.

"OK that's enough...stop bothering (y/n), brat."

"Laxus...he's not both-"

I was cut off when I saw Laxus's face. He seemed irritated and he was most definitely blushing. Aw Laxus, are you jealous?

"Come on...let's just go."

"...OK."

Laxus and I walked out of the guild hall and began walking around Magnolia. Its kind of embarrassing, his arm is still around my shoulders. We continued to walk around, but then I saw a snowflake float down.

"Snow?"

"Haven't you seen snow before?"

"Not in a few years..."

"...come with me..."

Laxus walked faster and dragged me along by my arm.
