Heroin Girl

Those skinny girls with the nothing legs,
The spines that bend like broken hearts.
Knees crack like dried out limbs.

You can play their ribs like a xylophone,
And break their arms like twigs.

Skin that would disintegrate in the sun,
Cheeks sunken in like caves.

Eyes weary,
Fingers boney,
Lips dry,
Nails cracking.

Look something like a victim,

or a skeleton,

or both.
