Delicious Blackmail

I walked into the party room to see Fred, Goldy, Foxy, and Frederick. I walked over and sat next to Fred. "Hey E." he said scratching behind my ear. I closed my eyes and leaned into his hand. He chuckled and stopped. I opened my eyes, "What you playin?" Foxy looked up, "War." I threw my fist up. "Deal me in."

~le time skip~

"I don't know how you do it!" Goldy shouted standing up, "Three games in a row!" I smiled. Goldy grabbed my cards and looked through them. "Well no wonder, she three of the aces." Fred said looking over Goldy's shoulder. I shrugged still smiling.  

"Karaoke time!" Chica yelled running in. My eyes widened, "What?" Goldy turned, "Something wrong Evie?" Concern was evident on his face. I shook my head, "Uh, no, I just, uh, don't really sing in front of people." 

Shadow appeared out of....well, the shadows. "Why not, you have a great voice." I turned to him, "You've heard me?!" I said nearly shouting. He nodded smirking, "Yeah, did you write that one yourself?" I blushed and turned away. I don't like it when people hear me sing. And the fact that Shadow, one of the bigger pranksters/ blackmailers, as I found out, knows that I sing, sucks. "Awww, is tha wee lass embarrassed?" Foxy teased. I smacked his arm while he chuckled at my red face. I sighed and looked at Bear Bear. By the look he's giving me, I'm gonna sing whether I want to or not. I shook my head, "No. No, nope, not doing it." Chica smirked, "You aren't?" I shifted in my seat so I could get off and roll under the table if they tried to grab me. You never know with these people "Are you sure, I mean, not even for chocolate?" My ears perked at the mention of my favorite food. "Chocolate?" I asked childishly. She nodded still smirking, "Yeah, but only if you sing." Now I was torn, and by the look on her face, she knew it too. I sighed. "I don't wanna." I tried. She raised an eyebrow, "Not even for a bag of Lindor Truffles?" 

Oh crap. 

This woman plays dirty.

"Mhmm, even if I were to do it, where are the chocolates?" I asked suspiciously. She shrugged, "In the kitchen." I looked at her suspicious. She rolled her eyes, "Fred, could you be a dear and go get the chocolates?" Fred disappeared. "His name is Robin." I stated. Shadow turned to me, "Why exactly is he Robin?" I smiled, "Because your Batman, and Batman has a sidekick named Robin. Frederick is kinda your sidekick, so it works out." Shadow shook his head, "Your imagination is amazing." I smiled, "Dawww, thanks." Fred reappeared with the red bag in hand. My eyes widened. "You actually have them?" Chica nodded taking the bag from Frederick. I sighed, "The whole bag?" She nodded. I hung my head. "Fine."

Goldy got on stage and looking straight at me he started singing Troublemaker. I laughed at his song choice. But when he finished, he walked right over, picked me up, walked over to the stage, and put me on it. I rolled my eyes at his antics. I grabbed the stupid mic and started singing

[insert song her]

When I was finished, no one moved. "Uh, guys?" I asked unsure. Fred's face broke into a smile, "Evangilene, why didn't you tell us you could sing? You're great!" I blushed at his praise. I got off the stage and walked up to Chica and held out my hand. She rolled her eyes and put the bag of deliciousness in my hand. "Arigato Ko sai masu!"(thank you very much in japanese) I yelled running off. I heard laughter. 

I ran into the office where both Jeremy, and Axel were there. Axel smiled. "So you finally showed them you've got talent." he said. "Oh, shut up." I said teasingly while popping a truffle in my mouth. Axel, and Jeremy work together now. They get along great, which is awesome. "I had no idea you could sing, Evie." Jeremy said. I rolled my eyes at hearing this for the billionth time, "Only Axel, and Shadow knew." "Why Shadow?" he asked. "Not my choice, he heard me from....the..... shadows." He laughed. "Axel, could you scoot to the right about five feet?" I asked. He nodded and did as asked. "Jeremy, you are going through initiation. Catch." I threw him a paint bomb. He caught it and was covered in turquoise paint. I laughed. Axel laughed too. Jeremy sat there shaking his head. "I shoulda known" I nodded, "Yes, you really should've."
