Know your gods.

You might not have known about them before you were looking up baby names, and that's okay. I didn't know, and neither did a lot of modern-day demigod-parents.

But once you know who the godly mother/father of your baby is - you'd better start your research.

Learn what powers they possess (should it be something as small as wisdom, or as big as hurricanes), and prepare accordingly.

Child of Apollo, like mine? Give the kid instruments to play, karaoke machines to sing on, poetry books to read, and live in a place with a lot of sun.
