Try to be as normal as possible.
Act as a mother/father always should, protect and love your child always, but don't obsess over them.
If you try doing things like home-schooling to keep your kid with you to try and keep them safe...well, it may work for some of you, but most of you will attract monsters right to your front door, and I can't guarantee that they'll make it to camp.
