"Jason! What are we doing?" I asked, for the seventh time in a minute.
"You'll find out soon!" He said, laughing.
"Tell me!" I whined.
"Then it won't be a surprise!" He said.
We were in his truck. I had no idea where we were going, and he wouldn't tell me.
"We'll be there in a couple minutes baby." He said.
"Where are we going?" I asked, again.
"Thats for me to know, and you too not." He said.
"That's mean!" I said.
"Im mean." He said, before kissing my cheek. "We're here!"
"Finally!" I yelled, before hopping out of the truck.
I looked around at the scenery, and it was gorgeous. There was a beautiful lake surrounded by flowers.
"Do you like it?" He asked, nervously.
"I don't like it." I said. "I love it!"
"Good. You had me scared for a second." He said, rubbing the back of his neck.
"Sorry. I didn't mean to..." I said. "Okay I did."
"Come here." He said, as he pointed towards the back of his pickup truck.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Just come over here." He said, laughing.
As I walked towards him, I noticed the back of his truck was filled with stuff.
He helped me get up and into the car, and then hopped up with me.
In the back of the truck there were blankets, pillows, and popcorn.
"What's this all for?" I asked.
"Tomight. We are sleeping under the stars." He said.
"Really! I've always wanted to do that!" I said, excitedly.
"I've always wanted to as well." He said.
We spent the whole night talking, and getting to know each other better.
My dad was on a date, and I hope it was going good.
I knew my night was. I was having so much fun with Jason. He was the best boyfriend I could ever ask for.
