Chris had managed to find Gerard not too far away from the warehouse. After all, he had left a blood trail. I didn't hear what they were going to do with him, but quite frankly, I didn't care. He got what he deserved and that was the end of it.

I had went back with Allison to her house, since I didn't really have anywhere else to go and she looked like she needed someone right now. We were now sitting on her bed in silence, but it was comfortable, not awkward. She looks up at me finally, regret behind her eyes.

"Corey, I need to apologize for everything," she says, but I shake my head.

"I don't need an apology," I say softly, meaning it. She may have practically broken my heart, but I didn't need it. "Your mother died...you had your reasons."

She looks like she's on the brink of tears. "That doesn't make up for my actions and what I said to you."

"Allison-"

"So, I'm sorry Corey. Ever since we first met that night you wrecked, you changed my life in every way possible. You were there for me in every situation, you saved my life on numerous occasions, and most importantly, you never gave up on me. When my father had kidnapped me for training, you stayed with me the whole time, offering to help every five minutes, but I turned you down. Then there was the time Derek had almost bitten me back at the ice skating rink and you figured out what you trigger was and saved me. I can't count the amount of times you were there for me, Corey, and for that I'm forever grateful. So I'm sorry that I did this to you. I turned cold and said terrible things to you...things that I regret. I didn't mean them, Corey, I hope you know that. I would never mean those things I said. Mrs. Morell had told me that Stiles came in to talk about a few personal problems--she didn't tell me what, but she did mention to me that I shouldn't give up on him; that I shouldn't have done whatever I did to him to make him so upset. Corey, I-I hate that I made you feel that way. You shouldn't ever have to feel that way. And I'm sorry that I disregarded the fact that you were stuck inside of Stiles' body, because that was something you needed help with, and I wasn't there for you. All of those times you were there for me...and I wasn't there for you once."

I reach out towards her hand then, my eyes watering. "You didn't have to be there for me, Allison, okay? Don't beat yourself up about this. You're okay and here now, and that's all that matters."

Allison smiles faintly at me before a tear falls down her cheek, her eyes drifting down towards the ground. "I can't believe after all of this you forgive me."

"You're worth forgiving," I say as a small smile forms on my lips. "I can't lose you."

Allison's eyes look back up to my own as she smiles, my eyes getting lost in her own. My mother always told me that you can tell a lot about a person based by their eyes, and now I realized that she was right. Allison's eyes contained pain, regret, strength, and most importantly, love.

"What's that?" Allison says as her eyes divert away from my own, looking behind me at her desk. I turn to look then, seeing that Lydia's pages and translations were still lying there with her sticky note on top.

Allison gets off of the bed then, walking over to it. "Oh uh, Lydia came by earlier and left some more translations for you."

"Well that would have been more helpful earlier," she says as her eyes skim through the pages. She looks deep in thought before her face turns pale, grabbing one of the pages and pointing it towards me. "Corey! Do you see this?"

"I've already read it," I say, seeing that she was referring to the whole bringing me back to life.

She furrows her eyebrows. "Then why didn't you tell me?"
