I unbuckled myself and stepped straight out of my car, The wind hit my face when I got outside, to be honest it was a beautiful day. I went around my car grabbing my bag out of the back and went straight for my front door. I didn't need to get my house keys out from my backpack because my little sister Rae was already home from school because she gets out before us.

I opened my front door and closed it right when I stepped in "Rae I'm home!" I yelled taking off my boots. I walked going to the living room and put my keys on the key rack which was standing right in the living room by the kitchen. The kitchen was sun lit and so I decided to walk in and get a glass of water

I started filling up my water until I heard Rae yell from upstairs "Okay!" She finally said knowledgeing that I'm home.

" Where are you?" I yelled back, pulling off my backpack and jumping on the island in middle of my kitchen

" In my room!" she replied quickly

I jumped off the island now carrying my water, out and up the stairs to see what's she's doing. I went up the stairs and turned the corner to the her room on the left. The stairs is in the middle and my room is on the right and hers is on the left and Ryder's is under hers but down stairs.

I smiled hanging on to her door frame  "Hey what you doing?" I asked popping my head in to seeing my sister sitting on her bed cris cross rocking out to her music.

Rae took out her earbuds placing them on her bed "Oh hey" Rae said pausing her music " What's up?"

" Just wondering what you were doing." I said walking into her dark lavender room and sat on her bed

"Oh, well just listening to music but hey! do you like what my friend did with my hair?" She said pointing to her brown curls that now had colored extensions in

I bent down and touched her tips of hair twirling it around my finger. "Ya I like them. Did you tell mom about them?" I said giving her a questionable look

She shrugged "No. why would inneed to check in with them. It's my hair? Plus She's not even going to be back from her job in Mexico till next week. So I think she'll like it and dad would've said yes anyways"

" Dad only says yes because he wants to keep us happy" I said rolling my eyes

" Whatever. He still would've said yes"

" Oh and What friend did this?" I asked

" One of the Softmores. She's amazing at hair and makeup and she was walking around asking if a freshman wanted there hair done . "

" Okay we'll it's cute and you should probably take you septum piecing out when mom gets home" I said standing up from her bed

" Ya whatever. Should I take out my all my ear  piercings too?"

" You so lucky mom let you get that much jewelry in you ears" I said

She shrugged crossing her arms over her chest "Well I am moms favorite. " she smiled at me with a bright toothy grin

" is not! I am" I said picking up my sweater and pulling it over my stomach showing her what mom let me get, I'm a good Persuader for things

" Whatever. Leave, I'm going to watch Tv. Maybe American horror story, who knows" she said getting up and pushing me out the door

" But I love that show, God why are you so much like me. It freaks me out" I laugh still hanging on to the door frame by my fingers
