"So Mr. Salvador we have finished the demolition of the gate entrance, the contest winners have sent us the revised blueprints with the changes that you suggested. They should be here in about an hour. Their team consists of 8 talented artists and we will be providing them with our reno team which will consist of 8 plus our construction team. The profiles of each student are within the files you have in front of you. These students have some great specs, aspiring architect Yara Yamato,  has won many design awards not only nationally but internationally as well. She has interned at KPMB, Shim Sutcliffe and Ian MacDonald Architect. Finnegan Thomas also an aspiring architect is a transfer student from the UK his father is architect Maxwell Thomas and takes after him with being the youngest to receive the Thomas Jefferson Foundation Medal in Architecture in London England. Mae Mensah a former prima ballerina was a star pupil at the National Ballet of Canada, I'm not sure what happened but she changed her career path and is an exceptional painter and photographer winning the Rob Pruitt Award, Sony world photography award, AGO photography prize, and the Future Generation Art Prize.  Next...

Mae Mensah Demetrius thought to himself thinking about the little lady from the coffee shop. Then quickly pushing the thought away. There were many people with the first name Mae it could be anyone. But from time to time her face would pop into his mind, the profiling and final talks finished and the phone rang.

"Mr. Salvador the students are here."

"Let them in." One by one the students came in.

"Hello everyone sit down don't be shy"  said Mr. Williams, Demetrius couldn't help but scan their faces and was surprisingly disappointed. He stood up and introduced himself shaking each persons hand. The tall one with straight long black hair spoke.

"Thank you sir it's truly an honour, my name is Yara Yamato and this is my team it's a pleasure to meet you." He nodded his head The meeting went on with their presentations with 3D models and samples of designs. The presentation was good he was impressed. As the meeting ended he started to leave the room to attend to other work leaving his assistant to explain the fine details and the signing of the contract.

"Is this everyone in your team?" He couldn't help but ask before he left.

"Oh no one of our member is missing today, there was a mandatory seminar she couldn't miss" One of London's friend Aspen lied

" but she'll be attentive in the coming days and it won't happen again." Demetrius nodded again and left.

"We are excited to be working with such talented students" said Mr. Williams

"like wise we're extremely excited to be able to receive such an amazing opportunity! You won't be disappointed!" Yara stated happily

"Let me show you to the entrance that your team will be working on." They walked out to the large hallway towards a large spiral staircase. The assistant instructed for them to look down and introduce them to the demolished area and talked about the history of it. Everyone shook hands and the meeting was offically over.

----------

Mr. Williams walked into Demetrius' office

"What did you think about the kids?"

"They were good, very professional and passionate. I don't think we'll have a problem with them." Demetrius stated flatly as he signed some papers.

"Yes I agree, well here are the contracts I'll be leaving now." He places them on the desk and left, a couple of minutes went by and his head secretary rings in.
