Epilogue

Normani sighed happily as she held Ally closer to her.

It had been two solid months in which Ally had come back to Miami and stayed. Before the two girls left Texas, they decided to stop playing games and sit down with both set of parents and discuss the structure to their relationship. They'd settled difference and compromised on topics together. One terrorizing plan ride and multiple soothing songs sung by Normani later; the girls came back to Miami and were stronger than ever.

Normani had realized how childish everything was in their relationship for the past months and she wanted it all to clear up. The girl had done her best to keep their relationship stable along with Ally. She truly loved the girl and didn't want to repeat the mistake of letting her go.

The Mexican girl stirred sound asleep in Normani's arms and cuddled deeper into her chest; hands still palming at the sweatpants she'd gotten the younger girl for Christmas. Normani smiled and brought Ally closer, making the sleeping girl smile as well.

This was truly what happiness felt like.

"Good morning Normall- EWW ! Did y'all frickle frackle ?!" The Polynesian girl shouted as she busted through the door. Normani quickly shushed her friend, not wanting to wake the sleeping girl up.

"Dinah shush ! She's sleeping ! And no we did not 'frickle frackle'."

Dinah scrunched her eyebrows, "And why does her hair look a hot mess."

"Because she's my hot mess and I like it that way."

"As cute as that was, I don't believe you. Lauren they frickle frackled !" The Islander girl shouted over her shoulder to her roommate in the kitchen.

"Dude ! You're fucking lying !" Not only did Lauren run into the room casually holding a bottle of water, but Camila came in running beside her, "Holy shit, Normally got busy !"

Normani shushed the girl and cautiously held Ally tightly, "Can you guys shush ?! For the love of God, she's sleeping !"

"Mani knocked that pussy out like fight night, oh God." Dinah smirked only making Lauren gag and Camila roll her eyes.

"What's with the big entrance ? I know everyday is Normally Day but is there some type of specialty today ?" The brown skin girl questioned as she ran her fingers through Ally's hair.

Camila smiled and stepped up, "It's time to go to the dinner we planned last week."

"But I guess Mani already had some dessert early." Lauren muttered as she sipped her water.

"Lauren thas gay," Normani sassed, "Plus I literally just woke up. There was no frickle frackling between us. We just watched Netflix movies together."

The younger Cuban raised an eyebrow, "Netflix and chill, you say ?"

Everyone busted out laughing, even the Mexican girl in Normani's arms. The brown skin girl rose an eyebrow, "Hey ! I thought you were sleeping !"

"If I were awake then you wouldn't hold me like you do now." Ally smiled with her eyes still closed.

"I swear these two just have so much love. Damn puppy love." Dinah smiled as she watched the two interact.

Camila stuck her finger up matter of factly, "Actually, puppy love is considered temporary. What those two have will surely stick forever becau-"

"Alright, well we should get out and let them change. Come on Camz, Dmac, it's time for us to skedaddle." Lauren pushed the two girls out as she herself stepped out and closed the door behind them.

Normani sighed to herself once again and hugged Ally closer to her, "All mine."

The Mexican girl opened her eyes and looked at the girl. She let her hand slid back up to Normani's butt and squeeze the flesh, "My property."

Both girls laughed and just laid enjoying each other's embrace. The two never seemed to let the feeling of cuddling get old. Normani squeezed Ally in their embrace before letting out what she needed to say, "Ally I've been meaning to ask you this for a while now."

The Mexican girl sprung right up, "I swear to God, it wasn't what it looked like ! When I came running down the stairs topless, with Troy running after me that day; he had spilled juice all over my shirt ! So I took the whole jug and poured it down his back and sure enough he started chasing me and-"

"Ally shush, no," Normani chuckled as she placed a finger on her lover's rambling lips, "Although I have been wanting to know that, no. That's not what I wanted to ask."

The brown skin girl slid off the bed and got down on her knees, "I've known you for a while now and I love every moment with you."

"Oh my God." Ally muttered.

"And I would ramble on and on about how much we've had problems and tribulations and whatnot, but, I did that all in Texas," Normani chuckled as she took both of Ally's hands, "I've been wanting to ask you."

"Yes Mani ?"

"Would you make me the happiest black girl in the face of the planet Earth and be my girlfriend ? My piña colada ?" Normani looked deeply into the girl's eyes and smiled, "This knight in shining armor is ready to have her princess."

Ally let the tears continue to stream down her face, "God, YES ! Yes Normani yes !"

The small girl surprising leaped into Normani's arms; knocking both of them down. Both girls laughed at the ridiculousness of their relationship but nonetheless loved it wholeheartedly. The two girls smiled at one another brought their lips together in a passionate lip lock.

Outside of the cracked open door, the three girls all grinned amongst one another. The three captains can finally let their ship sail freely.

"True love right there," Lauren muttered to herself with a wide smile on her face.

Dinah smiled and brought both of her Cuban friends into a bear hug, "Puppy Love"
