Chapter 2: Memories

Kiku went to his room to get a extra katana for Maria. "Why does Maria never recognize me? She's my sister, afterall." He thought deeply. While rummaging to find a extra one, Maria waited patiently. Until, a flashback came to her. It was when Maria was  14 years old and Kiku was 16 years old. Their father and mother were saying that Kiku must be at war to fight the Allies. Maria disagreed to make that happen then left the room, crying. Kiku went after her. Kiku said "Are you ok, Maria?" "No i am NOT!!" said an enraged Maria. "I don't care about what they say! All i wanted us is to be here, forever!" Kiku smiled and said " Maria, both of them wanted us safe. I love you." Maria's flashback ended and cried a single tear. "A-Am i this stupid that all this time, Onii-chan is here?" Maria said to herself. After that, Maria collapsed unconscious. Kiku finally found it and dropped the weapon he held. Kiku: " Maria-chan? Are you ok? MARIA-CHAN, ANSWER ME!!" Kiku was terrified that his little sister was unconscious. Kiku brought her to her bed. After 4 minutes later, she woke up. Maria: B-Big Brother...Kiku? Kiku was surprised she recognized him. Kiku nearly cried.  Kiku: "D-Do you..remember me? You're my little sister". Maria nodded slowly. She hugged her big brother with complete tears. Yao busted in the door, worried. He smiled that his best friend reigned her memories again. The siblings were happy at their reunion. Yao kneeled to speak to Maria. Yao asked her if she's ok. Maria said that she is fine. Yao: "How come you found your memories back, aru?" Maria said that a flashback suddenly came to her then suddenly collapsed. Kiku said that he should get the katana...again. Maria: Big Brother, it's fine! I will get it later. Then Kiku stopped and said if she wishes. To be continued
