Chapter 28: Birthday Plan

I got some of the ideas from BisckyChan's story "I Miss You Brother". I really like the story even it's still updating. ^_^ PIRI-CHAN AND RUSSIA UP THERE. SUCH KAWAII CINNAMON ROLLS. >///<

As they were walking outside the base, Alfred got an idea. Alfred gathered everyone(all nations) except Ivan and Maria to the meeting place in Tokyo.
"What did you plan, Alfred?" The Brit asked the grinning American.
"It's almost Maria and Ivan's birthday. So why not throw a party to celebrate it?"
Kiku immediately agreed in Alfred's plan for Ivan and his imōto's birthday. On the other hand, Vash scolds Kiku for not stating his own opinion. Alfred stopped Vash as he completes his sentence.
"Of course, Maria and Ivan must not know that its a surprise and we must keep it as a secret. If anyone here forgets their birthday...." He trailed off. Kiku and Kuro gave everyone a murderous stare with a yandere aura.
"A-Are you both ok..?" Yao asks the both. Alfred shot Yao a serious glare whilst shaking his head.
"Anyways, the venue of the birthday must be near here or else you'll get killed by the birthday girl and boy." Alfred said.
"Near here? Hmm....It can be at Kokeshi Building." Sakura suggested. Alfred was immediately happy when Sakura suggested it.
"Great idea, Sakura! Now we can determine who will be in charge of the gifts!" Alfred exclaims in happiness.
The Next Day
The Asian family has arrived at Kokeshi Building along with Sakura and Kuro.
"Waah! It's so pretty here, da-ze!~" Yong Soo of South Korea exclaims in admiration. The building is very clean. In fact, the person who owned this is one of the prime minister's men.
"It sure is clean here-aru. Now, I will cook the food with Mei and Cheng. The rest of you will decorate. Got it, aru?!" Yao said.
"Shi!/Hai!" They said in unison. (The people who said "Shi!" is Taiwan, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Thailand and Korea. The people who said "Hai!" is Kiku, Kuro and Sakura.)
After that, they decorated the building. Kiku and Kuro made some origami sunflower decorations for the wall. Li Xiao painted the walls pure white and then paints a sun at the middle with three stars. He then painted two black vertical lines to separate red and blue. He then painted another line to separate red and blue together. Lastly, he painted the color blue at the top and color red at the bottom. Kiku was amazed at what Li Xiao can paint.
"Li-san, your painting is great!"
"Xièxiè, Kiku."
Kim-Ly also painted something. She first painted the top white, then red at the middle and blue at the bottom. It seems like two Asians are making a great masterpiece! Kiku smiled for those two.
While Mei, Cheng and Yao are cooking, the Soviet Union arrived.(Without Russia)
"So, what are we supposed to do?" Natalya asked Kiku, who was done at the origami sunflowers.
"Oh, that's right. Yao-san and the others are cooking food for Maria's food section. You Soviets will do the same, but for Ivan."
"Spasibo, da." Natalya said while giving him a murderous look. Her big sister, Irinya, was happy for Ivan. The Baltic Trio: Eduard von Bock, Raivis Galante and Toris Laurinaitis, are shivering a little bit. Mei giggles at the Soviet Union.
"What are you laughing at, Xiao Mei?" Yao asked his "little sister."
"Nothing." After they set up, the Soviet Union now cooks. The Nordics arrive at this point.
"I see you have decorated a little bit earlier." Emil remarked.
"Shi, we did." Li Xiao said, smiling.
"It's nice that you did it very early or else Maria and Ivan will snap." Lukas complimented. The five Nordics are together: Emil, Tino, Lukas, Matthias and Berwald. All of them are almost assembled! The Allies, the Axis, the 2ps and the Central Europeans are the last people that must be at Kokeshi Buliding.
"Dude, who's in charge of the bar?!?!" the annoying Matthias asked loudly, making them almost deaf.
"Don't be loud." Lukas reminded.
"Honestly, I forgot." Kim-Ly said.
"It's fine, Kim-Ly! What's important that this is a surprise!" Mei encouraged the Vietnamese, who was sulking a little bit.
"Wait a second, where did Kuro and Kiku go?" Mei realized.
"You're right, da-ze. Where is he?" Yong Soo repeated.
Meanwhile~
Kiku and Kuro are walking outside and found a sakura tree.
"There. I will make her find me until she finds me here, crying." Kuro stated his plan. Kiku was further amazed at his 2p.
"I..must not know this, right?" Kiku awkwardly asked.
Kuro nodded. "Hai. Pretend you don't know where am I then tell Maria to find me outside. Got it?" He replied.
Kiku was a bit confused at his 2p's plan, but he agreed.
"There you are, aru!" A voice shouted.
Both of them were shocked to hear this voice.
"Don't tell anyone about this." Kuro whispered.
They turned around, only to see Yao angry while holding his wok to hit the two in anger.
"What are you doing here, aru?! You are supposed to--" he asked angrily, but was cut off by Kuro.
"We're just discussing something. Also, We're done in decorating."
The Chinese man hits his "little brother(Kiku)" accidentally in the head.
"The others are putting up some banners for Maria and Ivan. You three should help." They heard Kim-Ly sternly say to them. The three sighed and goes back inside.
"Why didn't he confess to Maria at the battle? I don't get it, Kuro-nīsan. Why did you curse your own imōto and deceive her? But still...You have became insane."
