YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

**

"Hermione! What the bluddy hell are you doing?" Ron exclaimed.

I jumped hard and turned slowly, afraid to meet his gaze. It was worse than I had thought. His face was angrier than I had ever seen it before and it was slowly turning the same colour as his hair as he got even angrier. The glare he was shooting us with was making me tremble under the pure ferocity of it. Behind him I could just see Harry Ginny and Yasmin, all of them trying to peer around Ron to see what had gotten him so upset.

"Well?" He prompted.

"Ron I-"

"We've been looking everywhere for you and we find you here tongue-dancing with Malfoy!" Ron snapped, "Do you have any idea how worried we were and we find you here with the enemy?"

"The enemy? Draco is not the enemy." I retorted getting to my feet. I felt Draco's hand slip out of mine and I would have done anything to rewind time to a few moments ago when it had just been us.

"Draco?" Ron taunted. "Siding with him are you now? After everything we've gone through together you would place yourself in the same boat as him?"

"Do you have any idea how ridiculous you sound right now?" I chastised.

"At least I'm not betraying my friends."

"At least I know who my true friends are now." I whispered. If it was possible, Ron got even angrier.

"That was low Granger."

"Granger!" I shrieked, "Am I not worthy to be called by my name by the infamous Ronald Weasley."

"Hermione, Ron can you please-?" Harry interjected but he was stopped by me and Ron yelling unanimously. "No!"

"You chose him, the traitor, over us?" Ron demanded his voice noticeably quieter than before. I knew the technique, you used a lower voice to make the other person feel guilty so they apologise; I had used it only a moments ago to the same result.

"If you want to see a traitor, look at your girlfriend." I hissed. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Harry and Ginny glance at each other. I knew what they were thinking and I couldn't care less. It had to be Yasmin! If it wasn't Draco, she was the only other person that filled the prophecy.

"Hermione!" Yasmin squeaked in shock.

"So that's what this is all about? You're jealous of me and Yasmin so you fling yourself onto Malfoy to make me jealous and try to win me back!" Ron concluded triumphantly.

"Oh yes Ronald." I replied sarcastically, "That was my master plan, not considering the small point that I was the one that dumped you!"

He paused for a second speechless. Then his glare deepened. "Keep your precious boyfriend. Choose the wrong side. We don't need you." He turned and marched away. Every step felt like a lifetime and I yearned to chase after him and save whatever was left of our relationship. But I couldn't, I wouldn't, my pride held me back.

"Hermione." Ginny whispered.

"I'll see you later Gin." I mumbled. She nodded and taking Harry's arm, she left. Only Yasmin remained stood in the doorway, her gaze raking over Draco and I.

"He's better off without you." She smirked smugly before skipping away happily.

I sank back down into the seat and let the tears flow as I dropped my head into my hand. Draco sat up and awkwardly wrapped his arms around me. He held me while I cried, without saying a word. We stayed like that for a while until Madam Pomfrey came out of her office and starting complaining about how he should be lying down, not sitting up.
